This is the worst managed Chipotle location I have ever seen. Constantly out of meats with staff preparing ingredients they already have plenty of and not what they are out of or low on. Order online and pick up you say? That's worse than standing in line because ordering online means you get ignored. Chipotle has a very simple menu. One must really try hard to screw up the management of the store so badly. I've been to many other locations often and have never seen such incompetence. Oh, and don't bother writing customer support, you'll just get an automated response telling you they'll forward your complaint to the store manager.
Chipotle never really disappoints! That being said I came at a time when the buffet pans were low so the portion size was not what it usually is, but the flavor was no different!I don't eat the land animals but my son had the new pollo asado and he said it was amazing!! Chipotle is a summertime fave and crave!!
The food is good, but this location struggles to stay well-staffed. As a result, the dining area is often a mess, and the utensil, napkin, and soda area usually under supplied and extra sticky. Because of this, I always take my food to go.
We entered Chipotle at 9:40 pm and stood in the line. There was only one person ahead of us, but the line was missing white rice and a variation of meat. As we finished paying the manager gal, told me that they were closing in 5 mins. I said we'll we just got our food but we'll hurry. 5mins into our meal another person came and asked if someone had told us about closing and said you can go out side and sit at the tables. We went outside in the cold and the tables were very dirty and it was freezing. I told the manager that I thought we should be allowed to finish our meal but she said they were all leaving. When I said to her I'm going to give you a bad review, she responded with, "I don't care" we had to go sit in our car as did the other two people that were served just after us at 10 pm and were kicked out as well.
I got there yesterday 03/12 9:30pm. The person who took my order was rude and with making a favor attitude. The counter was super dirty, disgusting. She was dragging my tortilla on it, with sour cream and whatever else was there, counters should be kept clean constantly. I addressed that the counter was dirty while I paying, the chaser gave me an attitude if I was serious, other customers came after me and instead of cleaning right away, they kept making food and dragging stuff on the dirty counter.
I love chipotle, but this location SUCKS. This is the third time they give me someone else’s order, yes I know I should check, but other restaurants never do this (and if they do they give you some type of reward). I get they are busy, and working hard, but someone is spending their money so the least they can do is get it right. They also never even give you a free entree coupon or at least a free side to make up for their incompetence. Just make sure to always check your bag before leaving. Now we are left hungry and irritated once again…
Rianna the manager is very rude. We placed a Togo order at 8:15pm with pickup time for 8:40arrived to pick it up at 9PM, order is still not ready, I asked how long she said I don't know we have a long line. So said they make whoever in line 1st. Asked for her manager and gave me a card with the store number on it. Diana then came from the back who was her manager. Diana was very professional and said she would address it.
I felt like a celebrity in here. But not in a good way. In the way of the only person up front who said anything was the cook(good for him doing his job) the other 5-6 IPeople in the back just stared at me for about 2 minutes before one finally came out.Seems this whole town is going downhill with service, and this store is following the trend.
I'm done with Chipotle, they managed to "loose" my order, had to spend 30-40 min there and show them proof of my order from my email before I got it. I placed the order via their for future pick up at 2PM same day, got there and waited asked few times about my order, they said don't have it, later told me it was pushed at 2:20PM, at 2:20PM another employee comes out, maybe manager, tells me they lost my order and to show her email confirmation, struggled to get the email because of bad reception. Finally I got the email loaded and she took a picture of the order and told me they will prepare it. What a bad service, I'll never go back.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I got 2 burrito bowls and wanted steak and chicken double meat they didn't have enough steak and said it would be 20 minutes for it so they only gave me half portion but still charged me full price for double meat. Top that off with the fact the girl making my food has a terrible attitude and gave me attitude the whole time like I was an inconvenience to her for being there. I will be contacting corporate in regards to this experience.
