Makes some of the best Chicken Tortilla Soup. We spend a lot of money at the Rockwall location, but today will be our last meal here. For the third time, despite putting my order in two hours early, I had to wait 41 minutes to get my order, in the middle of a work day. They offered a free meal ticket, but I declined. Waiting for the food made me late for a work meeting. You would have thought a manager would have, at least, approached me and comped the food. Service used to be so good at this location, but in the last 5-6 months, it has declined. And it’s not like they were slammed. They forgot about my order ultimately. And due to hurrying the process, the broth itself was pretty weak. Pretty disappointed. We don’t want free food - we just want our orders to be on time, especially if ordered that far in advance, and when it is rushed, due to whatever reason, for the food to still be par with what is usually provided to the customer.
Absolutely the best breakfast burritos I have ever had. I come here every time I come visit my Insurance agent who is based in Rockwall, TX and the coffee is Community Coffee based out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Very delicious ?. The ingredients for the burritos are sooo fresh and the food not greasy at all. Seriously the best. I did mine with eggs, chorizo, shreaded cheese, a lot of avocado ?, squeezed lime is the key, black beans and some other stuff I can't remember now lol. Do get the white ranch style sauce to put on top. It's the best ? ?
Food is good. Customer service is not good. An employee who was working the line was extremely rude. She was making my order and I noticed it was wrong so I repeated the order…she still made it wrong. When I tried to tell her it was wrong, she got very frustrated. I was asking her to add rice and no tortilla strips to the first soup (not hard). Then the lady started speaking about me to the other worker. Very unprofessional! And my order was still wrong.
The lady with the botched body was soooo rude!!! Like I asked for chips and salsa only and she said you have to buy something, we don't sale that by itself.... I had NEVER heard that in my life!!! Someone needs to tell her that she needs to do her makeup better!!!
I had two breakfast tacos that come with a bag of tortilla chips & salsa. I arrived early so there wasn't a line which was great. I've never eaten here but seen how busy lunch could get and assumed food had to be good. Unfortunately (or fortunately, idk) I've had better breakfast tacos from a fast food restaurant where I can just pull up to the drive-thru. I actually would've preferred a drive-thru given the taste of the food and the customer who kept coughing w/o covering his mouth (like COVID is a myth).Customer service was mediocre. Not friendly nor rude....Order taken, money paid and food given.I was underwhelmed and disappointed in the quality but I can say I supported, I tried and I'm done.
I normally do not write a review on places I go eat but this time, I just had too. If I go out to eat,It means that the food should taste better than the left overs I had in my fridge. This place has the salt in their food but no flavor at all. Wayover priced too. I know that we should be grateful that these people showed up to work despite the pandemic but we also came to the restaurant to show our support despite the pandemic. Therefore we should get good service and good food because we are paying right?Cut my story short, we had a bland but salty food. And oh, I asked for a side of queso in my bowl but this guy said that I have to pay to put it on the side but free if he puts it in my bowl ! Wow!!!! We did not even get our drinks that we paid 2, 75 dollars each. I would have given this place a zero but it would not let me. My husband's food tasted like canned Tuna instead of Tacos. We will never come back..
It's not worth the money horrible tasting food very bland ground beef tasted more like a stewed beef. Or canned tuna fish. Service was not good ask for drinks did not receive them. That's for salsa did not get it lady just was not listening. First time last time.
Had a large pick up order for the RHS Lady Jacket varsity basketball team this morning. The order was well prepared, on time and correct. Served with a smile. Thank you! The girls appreciated their game day breakfast!#JFND
I first had Chiloso’s after having some dental work done and wanted some tortilla soup. Chiloso’s was recommended by quite a few people, so my Husband went and picked up Chicken Tortilla Soup for me. It was so flavorful and the chicken was the tenderest I have ever had. Needless to say, we have eaten there many times since and have yet to be disappointed. The Bella Blanca sauce is to die for and the chicken taqueria are a weekly staple in our household.
This place is trash. $15 for nachos togo and I get home to find all they decided to put on there were beans, lettuce, and 1/2 gallon of sour cream. Not even queso, ON NACHOS. None of the other additional toppings I requested. Won’t be surprised if they go out of business if they keep this up.
