Friendly staff.
Got the food Togo and was not good. Fries were soggy and my 9yr old would not evan eat. Burger was cold and dry. SW egg rolls were not hot and a bit soggy. We picked up at the requested time and it obviously had been sitting for a while. When you spend money on something so bad it is disappointing.
BEST LUNCH! Ordered the (3) for 10.99! Got myself a sweet tea, Cesar salad, and full chicken quesadillas!
This has got to be the worst service I have ever had in my life. To sum it up we waited forever to be served, get food, and pay. Had to send the cold food back. Then the waiter tried charging us for the remade plate. Mind you, we ordered our water and ONE entree all at one time. It’s took an hour to get out of this place. Lastly to top it all off, this guy put a charge for TABLE ENTERTAINMENT. What a joke. We got the stuff taken off. He could have cared less. We won’t be coming back.OH and his coworkers we noticed were working really hard to clean off his tables while he walked around aimlessly or talking to the hostess girls. O’Ryan should not be out on the floor.
Food tasted great. Waitress and hostess were both extremely nice! The kitchen runners who brought our food were also very nice.
The food was ok. It was SUPER busy and the kitchen got backed up. Our food was given to someone else but our waitress tried everything in her power to make it right.
DO NOT ORDER TO GO FROM THIS PLACE.Waited over 15 minutes in the to-go spot. Ordered full rack of ribs and paid for them but they gave me half rack. Asked them to correct but they said they could not. Wanted to give me a gift card to use in two days. Told them all I wanted was for them to correct my order. Manager said he could not do that. Not ordering from this place again.Buyer be ware.
Ordered from It's Just Wings by Chilli's online for a pick-up. I arrived at the scheduled time and waited to be seen. When I was, they told me they were out of bone-in wings. *sigh* I would've canceled the order had I known this before I waited 30 minutes and drove over here. The girl was very sweet about it and offered to replace with boneless and give me a free dessert. She said they don't give them phone numbers on online orders, which is bizarre since they required me to give my number. Again, the girl did her best but this terrible policy alone which does not allow the employees to even have the OPPORTUNITY to provide great service warrants a 1 star.
Food was good. However the service was not. It took what seemed forever to get my coffee. We were glad we got their before the rush.
Our waiter was amazing. He was the best we've had in so long. The atmosphere was amazing.
