Ordered some of the stuffed papers 3 too be Exact And did not want to drive back to RockwallIt's a long hair guy that is cooking and I hope he never Cooks there again especially when I order

Dont waste your time or money.this place is horribleGave this Chicken E multiple chances over 2 months. And each time we got a family meal from here the chicken was either cold or old and burnt, something would be left out, gravy looked like water or smelled soured, okra would be like hail nuggets they were burnt so bad, or the rolls would be half done. Stay away and dont waste your money here you will be very mad you wasted your money here
We have gone to this chicken express since it opened I think it changed hands about two years ago and it will never be the same unless somebody else buys it. Young kids like 17 are working yet. I got a four piece chicken tender meal and two out of the four chicken fingers or 2 inches long of crust. They had a long line slow even getting what I got. There is no way the store will last unless they pick up their game. They close at 9 o’clock versus 10 o’clock at most locations. They will not answer their phone I have tried to call and Xpress what my experience was they obviously don’t wanna know. My guess is they new owners have a chain of restaurants and their bottom of bulk and they’re just trying to make their money shut it down until it gets better.
By far the worst location I've purchased from.Used to be decent a few years ago, however my recent experience confirmed that I will never visit this location in the future.Nightshift got my order wrong, no surprise there. Napkins /silverware would've been nice too.Called the same night and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Called the next day, and explained to the worker that they had gotten the order wrong. The worker I spoke to replied with "oh, well bring my food back first and I'll give you a refund".Not quite sure what he was trying to protect. Disputed the charge and it's already closed so it's not a big deal for me. Just surprises me that the management/owners let this stuff slide, especially after reading the other reviews. Clearly no attempt is being made to rectify the issue.
Lately this store has gone downhill. It must be that they don’t have enough employees. Again and for the last time my drive through order was shorted. This time a $3 item. I love your chicken more than golden chick and it is a shame they had to stick a fork in the store in Sachse.Update:Wife and I are both blowing chicken out both ends. I think I can drive us to emergency care. I will update our condition as we get results.
So the chicken is amazing, the service was top notch. The rolls were lame. Still giving 5 stars because I saw Austin Danger in the drive through! Right here in Rockwall! Like wow. So if you are looking for a low key celebrity spotting place, this Chicken Express is a hidden gem!
We spent just over $60.00 for a family meal with extra sides. Very disappointed as the gravy is watery with zero taste. The mashed potatoes were a size small and not the family I ordered.
Management needs to pay attention to closing shift. This is not the first time they give me my order wrong. I don’t live 5 minutes from this location. I order a 12 pc and they give me less chicken. Several times I go and they tell me they don’t have enough chicken. I order a 12 pc and they give me chicken tenders. When I call the store so they can correct my order before I go, they never answer the phone. If management doesn’t care about all of this and more mistakes, let me put it this way…..their way of fixing their mistakes is by giving away the free meal that they gave wrong. Wonder how many merchandise they are giving away for free.
What an absolute mess! Sat in the waiting lane of the drive thru for 39 minutes until we went inside. Finally got our food and our jalapeño poppers were completely empty!! What a joke haven't been here in years and I definitely remember why.
