World's slowest drive thru. So ridiculous! ?Dalton's card reader doesn't work, asking someone inside to help him (with no success) and is struggling in the outside lane of the drive thru today."Xavier" at this location needs to be fired. ? Period. He thinks it's cute to belittle, talk down to paying customers and refuses to hand the drinks to us even though that's his job as he's standing between the window and the cars. Literally.They got our order wrong. He asked who took the order, and when I didn't remember the kids name that took our order, Xavier replied "well I can't help you if you can't tell me who took your order". When Nick (inside the drive thru, inside the restaurant) was correcting the drink order. He was super helpful to me and very uncomfortable with Xavier's behavior. Nick hands the drinks to Xavier to hand to me, and Xavier refused to do so. Then popped off and said "well since I have an attitude ma'am, I can't help you then, Nick you can give her her drinks." ? I quickly encouraged him to do better and to stop being such an @$$.We had to explain to him without us buying at the restaurant he works for, he doesn't have a job.I've called the restaurant directly, spoke with a manager....I also called corporate and filed a compliant.Management: I trust you'll make the best decision here.
I ordered a cookies and cream shake, but they gave me a chocolate shake. Didn't make a big deal because the line was long. Other than that food was good.
When you set the bar as high as Chick-fil-A does, hard to improve. Great service, great food.
Waiting in drive thru over 20 minutes! The 21st & Maize locations customer service is like nite & day! Do not recommend!
I mean it's Chick Fil-A....It's amazing. Simply put. I give this location 4 stars because the portion sizes are consistently smaller than other Chick Fil-A locations and the consistent difficulty getting in and out of this location.
We’ve been putting up with this location because it’s the only one south of 30. But today was frustrating. They gave my order to the wrong dasher and then refused to remake the order saying that “I would get it somehow.” How? How am I going to get an order from someone who doesn’t have my address? My dasher was very nice but the manager was rude and treated her badly. When I asked to speak to the manager on the phone she said she didn’t have time. I’ve been to a lot of Chik-Fil-A restaurants in my day, and this one is consistently the worst. They need a complete overhaul.
If you go inside and order from here make sure u check your order because they will get it wrong!!! I happen to be working in the area and I always come here for lunch and order to go for myself and my workers and they have gotten my orders wrong 3 times!!! The other 2 times I just said forget it I’ll eat what they gave me!!! But now the 3rd time is too much so I had to go back and get it right!!! I understand Chic-fil-A is very busy but 3 times messing up your order is ridiculous!!! So down ppl and check customers order????
Very disappointed, have never had a bad experience at any Chick fil A until tonight We went in and ordered waited 25 minutes for our food (we observed several patrons who came in after us, finish their food). Finally, we inquired as to where our food was and they said they were working on it and we waited another 15 minutes. Meanwhile, others were commenting on how dirty the tables and floor were. I must also say that the inside dining area was NOT busy. We finally received our food and asked for a refill on a frosty lemondade since while waiting we drank it and had nothing with our meal. (The ONLY reason we ordered a frosty lemonade (which cost more) was due to the fact they were out of regular lemonade). The chicken sandwiches we ordered were cold. The manager there told us he was incapable of refilling our drink. Overall, very poor customer service, with no apologies for our terrible experience. Love chick fil A, but will not be back at this one.
The customer service at this location has been on a continual downward spiral. Tonight the line only started at the corner of the building and it took 19 min to get through. The line beside me was already through and got their order and I had moved forward one car. When I asked they revealed they had one person working one line and three working the other. This combined with routine missing items from our order drove to call them out in this review. RAISE YOUR STANDARDS BACK UP!!
This is me and my family's go to place for Chick-fil-A. And for my family of 10 they always get are orders right and everyone is very sweet.
