Chicken sandwich tasted horrible. Like it was fried in rancid oil ??? Sure wasn’t worth what it cost ??
I ordered a Bacon cheeseburger and it was not fully cooked and got sick from it than my coworkers said he orders a hamburger and it had a funny smell to it and returned it and didn't orders everything else he got his money back
Unlike their sandwiches and fries. If their drive thru was open, we’d eat here much more often.
Donnis, the manager, gave great customer service and even in a time of a rush and him working in all stations he kept a smile!! What a great worker and face of the company! Keep your head up Donnis!
I received NO greeting!! I asked for a junior burger & the cashier asked 2 or 3 times if I wanted cheese for which my answer was, "No"...Then they gave me a burger with NO MEAT!!! They offered NO apologies whatsoever!!!I've had MULTIPLE issues with the Starbucks & Burger King staff at this TA Travel Center!! This is DISGUSTING to me!!!
Went to burger King got to the restaurant at 7:43 all the employees were sitting out side and told us they were closed even though the hours show 8:00 pm this is the second time this has happened while Never go back again also deleting my app as well
I stopped and got a meal for 2. Place was dirty to start, but under construction. When ordering food the the tall young curly haired guy was un friendly and seemed to take pleasure in telling me that they now charge for a 1.50$ for extra lettuce and onions and pickles and 3.00$ bacon 2.00$ for cheese to an already 10.+$ meal. Lol. Anyways I wouldn't recommend eating here or stopping here at this TA the whole place goes together.
It's 9:00a.m. I walked in and the cashier said they were closed till 9:30 a.m. but online it shows they are open.
They are supposed to be open at 8 am but they just too lazy to do so they won’t even start taking orders before 10 am like If you guys want to open at 10 just change the timing online why you want everyone to wait for two hours without any reason
I'm new to the Rockwall area and needed a quick bite to eat before I continue moving stuff into my new home. I thought this would be a great stop as I needed to gas up as well. I must say, the workers are about what you'd expect for a Burger King, but one of them couldn't stop laughing while I was there, and it was a creepy laugh. Anyways, I got the Double Quarter Pound King and it would've been on the good side, but there was something extremely off with the cheese. TL;DR Really creepy cackling employee serves me a burger with some wacky tasting cheese.
