We love this Baskin robbins.. we come every Monday and Wednesday. The young gentleman is always so nice and smiling.
Ice cream is good—like any BR. Wide selection of flavors and convenient location. The ice cream cakes are great. The service is what’s questionable. It depends on when you go and who is working. We (7 people) went in for ice cream at 8:45 pm (store closes at 10:00 pm.) The staff audibly sighed when we walked in the door. The chairs were stacked up and the restrooms were closed. We were told several times the lobby and restrooms were closed because they had already been cleaned. We explained we just wanted ice cream and would take it to go. There were 3 staff members behind the counter and two of them refused to serve us. Three more people walked in behind us and were given the same treatment. As we were waiting for a shake, I tried to take a photo of our kids since it was my daughter’s birthday and I was told I couldn’t because the lobby was closed. Honestly, I’ll probably just go to any of the other many options in Rockwall for ice cream.
I’ve never been to a Baskin Robbins with people who are as friendly and helpful as the two that were working today!!! They were just in a friendly helpful mood and it was contagious! Thank y’all so much!
Don't allow your child or recommend your teenager to work here it's under very poor management they don't show any respect to the employees and the store manager is very unprofessional. She pulls family to mainly work there tp only disrespect and treat them like they aren't worth anything. And they don't pay very well.
Ordered my daughter a zombie unicorn ice cream cake for her birthday. It was delicious, and the employee was so sweet. She was busy, but made me feel extremely welcomed and tended to all my needs. The cake was delicious too. Thank you!

Staff was not wearing gloves or masks. They were accidentally touching the ice cream when scooping our ice cream and were coughing the whole time. I asked for the manager and told her that it was not hygienic at all and she said they were not required to wear masks or gloves. When I addressed them touching the ice cream she said that it didn’t happen and I can go elsewhere.
The family has taken over the store and they all hang out there. There scoops are a lot smaller and not worth the effort. Momma was doing the scooping, daughter was doing the redecorating on the ice cream cakes. And I think grandpa was back there watching in greasy cloths, while it looked dad and son sat in the sitting area watching videos on there phones. I won't be back I'm done there.
My husband I come here at least once a week, the employees and manger are so friendly and hardworking!
I ordered a 2 tier cookies and cream cake for my daughter's birthday. It was gorgeous. The lady who does the cakes listened to what I was looking for and made some adjustments for me. My daughter loved it. Plus it tasted awesome!!
