Probably will not ever be back to this location! Visited Saturday 04/02/22 & upon arrival, the host informed us that only a few select items were available due to short staff. Not sure how long they had been short-staffed, but the limited menu(only had burgers & about 4-5 different appetizers) was typed & printed out on individual copies as if it had probably been that way for a while. We spoke briefly with our children & decided to let them decide on whether we would stay or go. Of course, they wanted to stay because honestly, they were ready to eat. We ordered Buffalo wings & spinach artichoke dip as appetizers, before putting in our order for our dinner. And it was just okay. Two of the plates our waitress brought out for our appetizers weren't cleaned, so we just didn't eat from any of them. After receiving the appetizers, we realized we didn't want to stay. So we asked the waitress if the cook had started to prepare our meals & she said yes. We of course felt obligated to stay. Our dinner wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. The restaurant is just very outdated on the inside. Stains on the ceiling too! The waitress was nice. We spent a little over $100 to feed our family of 5.
The wait staff were very accommodating and polite. Service was A+.The onion rings were fantastic. The impossible burger was excellent. However, the salmon was not very good. It was very overcooked almost tough to chew.
Food is good, but the management needs changing. The have minimal help and it seems the servers are struggling because of it. Servers are nice and attentive, but I don't think they have much support.
Stopped in to kill time while waiting for new tires. Shrimp and fries. Made it through half the shrimp and a quarter of the fries. Staff was pleasant and attentive though. And the house margarita was actually pretty good. All in all, it's Applebee's.
Cocktails we're nice. Ate my dinner at the bar. the server was cute and made me feel at home. Oh and my food was hot and delicious ?
My opinion do y'all see anything wrong with the Caesar. The burger was ?. But the server was BAD ?
They are short staffed but that didn't change anything. The owner sat us and was very personable. Food is always good and came out fast. He brought my 2 year old his food as soon as it was ready. He must have kids lol. A good go to place if you and hubby can't figure out where to go.
My partner and I ordered DoorDash and I found an approximately 8 inch long solid black hair in my sald half way through eating it. It made me throw up. I understand accidents happen no big deal. The 1 star comes from the manager when I called I explained that I had found a hair in my food and his exact response was "Okay, and?". Horrible customer service from the manager I am genuinely shocked that was his response.
We came here with my mom and husband. It wasn't crowded. We got our drinks in a timely manner and they stayed filled. Our order was taken quickly and we got our food it was perfectly hot. Our server was kind and just the right amount of checking in on us. We took our left overs to go. The bathrooms were clean. Everything was wheelchair accessible. will go back
This restaurant is totally understaffed. Got sat relatively quickly. Then waited 15 minutes and no one ever came to greet us or take our order. Never saw one waitress/waiter the entire time. We went around 1:30pm and the restaurant probably had about 5 tables occupied. Won’t be back.
