This place is managed horribly. Wing Stop has always had a great recipe for wings but it is being mismanaged and makes it hard to continue to order food from them. Every time we order from here there are issues. Wing counts are off, they are overcooked or undercooked. You ask for well done fries and you get raw ones. They forget to put ranch in the order. The list can go on forever! Not sure if each location is a separate franchise but I see the same issues at multiple locations. Guess it’s time to look for a new wing place.
This is place has the worst customer service. Employees could literally careless about them making mistakes. We ordered our food via the app arrived to pick it up only to find out that they gave our food to someone else. As that customer had already started to eat the fries and had his hands in the bag. The employees tried to give us "the parts of that order the customer didn't touch". We asked them to remake the entire order and they gave us so much push back and told us to wait another 20min. We decided to cancel our order. They were extremely rude, unsanitary, and non empathetic. When they messed up.

I made an online order to take out . I went to pick up after 25 mins the estimated ready time was 16-21 mins.I showed my order number and information 3 times to waitress.The waitress made me wait for 15 mins and later he realized my order was already ready since first I arrived. And didnt even said sorry to made me wait. Rude service.Extremely frustrated will never visit this store. Btw I am not a person get angry easily. This guy is very good at making people frustrated.
This Wing Stop is definitely one of the best I’ve been to! The employees are always helpful and kind. They speak to you every time you walk in the door. My order has always been hot and made to order! The restaurant is always clean and so are the restrooms which I so important to me! The one time that they did forgot something in my bag they were quick to replace it and make it fresh! We frequent this wing stop because of the customer service and the cleanliness!!!
I tried to place an order at 11:40. I know it was late into the shift but I had previously done this before since I work across the street at the hospital. The female worker denied my order for takeout due to closing at midnight. I was nice and ended the call amicably but won’t be doing business with them anymore.
Came into this establishment at 11:31pm and was inform by a lady who seemed to be in charge that they were no longer taking phone orders along with walk in orders. She claims that they are backed up in orders. Ironically the end of the night procedures for closing the store is in progress. The seemed to have stopped cooking a long time ago. The kitchen is spotless. Piss poor customer service

Complete waste of money. I asked for my wings to be cooked “extra well” and they’re all barely cooked. Driver couldn’t be bothered to ring the doorbell and left food on the porch for who knows how long. Luckily there is another location near me. I will never order from this one again. Apparently, I should have read the reviews prior to placing my order.
