2 months ago I ordered wings and fries via doordash and they arrived to my house cold. I called in my order today and the staff told me to arrive in 20 minutes to pick up 6 wings and a reg fries. I showed up within 10 minutes of calling and my fries were cold and the wings were dry and overcooked. I ordered buffalo wings and they were so dry that the sauce stuck to to the wings like a dry rub. The meat inside the wing was like jerky. I returned to the desk and asked for a refund. The staff wrote my first name and the last four digits of my card number on blank receipt paper and said that the money would be refunded within 2-5 business days. I asked how will I show proof of this conversation and the staff said I'll show them this paper. The Manager didn't even come to the desk to address my concerns. They weren't busy at all. Very disappointing service.

3 stars because the wings are sometimes cooked perfect and sometimes they are extra soggy! Its a hit and miss depending on who is working that day. If it wasn't for the inconsistencies, I'd give a perfect 5 star review.
Tasha Grey is not wrong I always get the same vibe “about to close” vibe and uhh yeah dude you’re working bro ; close means cooking till close not cleaning up at 10:30 when you close @ 11 you cook till 11 clean afterwards. Yeah you get home later but that’s your shift.. it’s so many restraunts that do this “vibe” and it gets old it’s been real old

We made a pickup order and only half our wings were sauced. The other half was just sitting in a puddle of nasty fryer grease. Also, I found out why no one ever answers the phone at this location. I watch them pick and hang up on customer after customer and leave the lines off the hook
Wings extremely overcooked was like chewing leather and rubber bands. Didn’t even taste like chicken
Food is horrible...the fries taste like grease.
I placed a phone order here and they mistook my request as boneless instead of bone in and they happily remade them. Excellent service from the staff especially the young lady Michelle who was working the evening shift that day ! Thank you
I have never been to a more disgusting and disrespected establishment. There was a woman in the kitchen picking her nose, a roach was seen on the counter and 2 women were sitting around waiting to give off while I waited. The blonde-headed manager could care less about the customers, it was quitting time! Dr. H
