Wait time is ridiculous, the dine in was packed and no one taking orders inside. They were more concerned with the drive-thru which was also long. Manager was yelling at employees to get orders out half done due to time. Everyone inside could hear the manager yelling about the orders. Not a good Sunday for the staff. Many who were inside waiting simply left. They couldn’t complete the online pickups either as some of those customers got out of their cars to see about the orders.
This place has gone downhill. The quality of the food is bad. Soggy and cold food has become normal. Bad attitudes from the workers is on the rise. Today our Sprites were just soda water, no flavor at all. But the worst part is that my wife's meal had a piece of blue glove in it. Drive a little further away and get peace of mind.
Food was cold, trash bins were full, fountain drink station malfunction (spraying all over) & napkin dispenser was empty. To top it off, an employee named Madison goes into restroom with gloves and hazmat vest, then comes out with them still on walking to the food station without putting new gloves to continue to work and touching orders . I think she needs to be retrained on being sanitary and to be told what happens when you go into a restroom with a hazmat vest after she flushes. All fecal mattet and urine particle sprays onto the vest
I treat myself to Whataburger Breakfast every week, I enjoy dining here. It's the only restaurant open at 4am. Go forth and dine!

I ordered two meals and Mexican man who worked for Whataburger looked at me and said do I have a problem not knowing. I just got off of a 12-hour shift from Texas Children's Hospital I just wanted my food it's the most disrespectful place food was cold and extremely bland i wanted my money back but of course it was impossible to get it I'll never come here again and I'm giving up on this establishment in general go hire whoever that is disrespectful to the customer because his exact words were when you leave 2040 more people will come I'm done with Whataburger I use to feel bad when I see fast food workers get n beat up BUT NOT NO MORE
Live closest to this location, but I will drive all the way to the Highway 6 and 90 location (twice as far) to avoid placing an order here. Consistently terrible service, cold food, messed up orders and slow. One of the worst locations I've ever tried, and I have been to a lot. Why can't they be trained by Chick Fil A? Wish I could give zero stars.
This whataburger was fast even at peak times. Always get order right and i was able to try the new spicy ketchup #2 here after they were nice enough to ask if I wanted to try. Cool staff.

This location has the worse service EVER. Employees have no sense on urgency and have you waiting 20+ minutes for your food, with no communication or apology whatsoever for taking too long. And when trying to correct them about anything wrong with your order, forget it. Make sure to ALWAYS check your food before leaving the window. They made you wait so long, they can wait too.
