Curbside here is just a pointless waste of time. Still. Tried it today for the first time in months. Waited 5 mins past the time the food was due to be ready. Went in to find out where it was and it's just sat there on an shelf in the kitchen going cold.0 stars is more what it's worth.Didn't pack the ketchup I asked for either.
This location is clean and has nice staff, but be prepared to WAIT for your order. The wait time makes no sense for a “fast” food restaurant.
Great place to enjoy eating a burger or chicken sandwich prepared in many different ways. Whataburger also has great fries, onion rings and cold beverages of all sorts. End your meal with a large chocolate chip cookie.
Almost every time my family and I have visited this whataburger, they get our order wrong. We even tried to order online so there was less of a chance of it getting messed up, and we were still missing half the things we payed extra for. I ordered a biscuit and gravy with eggs, cheese, and avocado, and those were all missing. The food’s always great, but the service definitely needs work.
Food is good, but the place is poorly managed. Make sure you check the bag to make sure everything is there. Last few times I've had missing items. This location is very slow. If you order online add 15-20 mins to the estimated time it'll be ready. At least the dining area and bathrooms are clean.
Horrible experience today. My order all wrong. I ordered the southern bacon sandwich and was given a spicy whatachicken no coleslaw. I had to go back for the Cobb salad because I didn’t get it with my order. I asked the cashier to give me fresh fries because the ones I was given was old. She gave me the same fries only heated. Ordered a dr. Pepper shake received a dr. Pepper. I won’t stop here again anytime soon.
This location is fairly new and it’s sad to see that the employees could care less about keeping it clean. I’ve been inside on 2 separate occasions and both times the dining area was a complete mess. The drink station un stocked and filthy. Meanwhile, several employees are standing around and joking with each other.
This location’s drive thru is closed between the hours of 3am-5am and should update their hours of operation and have them clearly posted on their website as well as on their restaurant windows. I wouldn’t have bothered to come here for breakfast had I known ahead of time they are normally closed between the hours of 3am- 5am on 3/18/22 at 4:25am. The cashier told me they normally are closed between these hours on a daily basis. I wonder does corporate know about this?
Very clean,and nice staff. A few things I didn't like was that they stop serving breakfast so early. Which is a shame because of the church across the street, could use later service. Then I ordered a double whataburger Jr. With cheese and they charged and extra . 45 cents per slice and because it was a double, it took two. I thought that was too high. But we'll go back, the food was good and the place is clean
This location just has to do better. EVERY time I order here something is wrong with my food. I make sure and stress to the person taking the order what I want and don’t want. Yet somehow I get what I don’t want and I don’t get what I actually ask for. It’s ridiculous. I think WHATABURGER should implement something that allows the person reading the order inside to see more clearly what the customer doesn’t want included in the order. Perhaps bold the (don’t wants) or make the letters of the (don't wants) all caps. I don’t know. Do something different. Either that or the people inside really need to slow down and focus on what is on the order. Shout out the guy by the window who gave me my food though. He was gracious enough to take my food back and make the changes without having an attitude.
