I paid for double meat wit cheese... no cheese was found.. I even looked between the pickles..either yall got cheese gnomes in ur bags or some cook needs to b re-cheese trained
More like Whatajoke. Not sure when they are going to hire more than one person to do everything. Never waited less than 20 minutes in the drive through. Either understaffed or just stupid. People are honking and everything as usual. It’s like they have no idea people are going to order food. It’s like a complete surprise to them every time.
Okay, This Location is in Bella Terra shopping center, I truly wish I had something Good to Say☹?. The last Whataburger I was in was in Aliana shopping center ☹?, that's why I was trying this Location. Both Location was for Dinner, I'll never gi Back to either at the Dinner Time. LONG WAIT AND MY FOOD WAS COLD AND JUST SLAPPED TOGETHER, VERY POOR SERVICE FOR THE MONE !!.
I've lived in Texas my whole life. And I love whataburger... but this location, has got to be HANDS DOWN the WORST one I've ever been to. Food is always either overdone or cold. And my order is almost always wrong. This is my last time giving them a chance. Much better location right up the highway.

Good food, friendly employees, store was clean and seemed like everything was in stock.The sweet and spicy burger was really good and being a Texas based recipe the spice was bordering on the higher side of hot but not inedible, personally, I think it would have benefited from a pickled item to add that little extra tang.

Worst drive thru in Richmond. I come here often because is the nearest Whataburger to me. Never fails for my order to be incomplete. Managers promise to remake the order, but expect for you to come back the following day as if you don’t have a life to live. I believe this location needs better management team and to be evaluated for better customer service.
Grabbed a quick bit right around lunchtime. While the drive-through was super busy, it was surprisingly not too crowded inside. Whataburger is a great place to go for a good burger without blowing the budget.
Worst Whataburger ever!!! I waited 30 minutes in line finally get to the window, didn't my receipt because they ran out of paper and didn't know how to change the roll. Wait another 5 minutes only to be told to please pull around the corner. I understand it takes time to make the food and they were busy so I happily pulled around, but then waited another 25 minutes and nothing.. I see the person taking out to go orders.. she looks at me every time she passes which by the way was at least 10 time while I was waiting not bothering to ask "are you waiting on a order? Do you need help with anything" nothing. I finally give up go inside (having to leave my kids in the car) ask to speak to the manager who has very unprofessional tell her I've been waiting in the truck its been almost an hour since I started waiting in line at this point. she then proceeds to find my order that has just been sitting on the counter the whole time I mention its probably cold by now...again nothing from the manager but have a nice day. I accept I am not going to get any kind of customer service. I get home only to fine out my food was cold and left in the fryer way to long its all burnt. Co was out on the cokes they went down the sink. We didn't even eat it. The Staff desperately needs to be retrained in customer service
