Ordered a Jr Burger and got a patty that was so thin there were holes in the patty, not to mention it was cold. Very disappointed. This location has steadily gone down hill in the past few years
Do yourself a favor and go to the other whataburger. I did a curbside order that they never brought out. I went in and got it myself because there were no other customers so I knew it wasn't coming out. Of course, it was just sitting there On the table while 4 of the 5 employees present were engaging in a personal conversation. No competent leadership.
That’s the first time I leave at one star reviews for a Whataburger. Burger ordered five meals of fish the whatacatch meal. The lady at the front took our order and we had to wait about 25 minutes for the food to arrive. Turns out they brought us five chicken sandwiches. After telling the lady that dropped them off that we ordered the fish and she called the lady that placed the order to tell her that they are out of fish. She then said that Whataburger had discontinued the fish sandwich and will only featuring during Easter. When I told her that I just had the fish sandwich yesterday at another whataburger she said the fish must have been old. Well that’s two false claims because I was able to get the fish sandwiches at other locations multiple times afterwards. Never going to this location ever again.
Good food when they get your order right. They want to put cheese on everything.
Took my daughters here for dinner after a track meet. Cloey and Jose were both so very professional and patient as i was undecided on what to order! Was happy to get good service from such young people because good service in fast food is almost existent. Thank you Jose and Cloey for providing great customer service. We will visit again!
The Black Lady With Red Or Pink Hair In The Drive Thru Under The Tent Taking Orders Has An Ugly Attitude, The Only Reason I Gave 3 Stars Is Because The Lady Who Brought My Order To Me Was Super Nice But Most Definitely I Will Not Be Returning To This Spot .
Used the drive thru to order lunch, one meal with a specially ordered sandwich, fries, and a drink, and one specially ordered sandwich and fries on our way through town. Once we got home, we found that we were missing one order of fries. After speaking with the manager, we made an arrangement to get them another day. As for the sandwiches, they were made exactly as we had ordered them and were very tasty. We will definitely be going back again.
It was after 10 pm, got home only to find out I had the wrong order, it was late. I ate the food anyways coz I was really hungry, not exactly what I had a hankering for but I ate it anyways. One thing they got right was my favorite chocolate milkshake, I'm not complaining it was late, everyone makes mistakes. It was all ok
I was for the third time given cold, old fries and after turning around yet again to politely present them to the manager immediately after leaving drive through she stated they would happily prepare me some new fresh hot fries...That is NOT what they did! What they did do was LITERALLY throw the old fries back in the grease and put them in a bag and give them to me...this is the second time they have tried this and the third time I have made management aware of Quality and customer service issues
I ordered a Whataburger with cheese I asked for no mustard sub mayo and I got mustard anyway. No mayo. They did cut my tomato and onion as I asked. It would have just been a lot better with mayo. Oh well you win some you lose some.
