Customer service is the worst here. I stopped here to grab a quick burger and potato before my webinar. After I pay they tell me it'll be 9 minutes for the potato. I ask for a refund because my webinar starts in less than 10 minutes. I will have just enough time to get home and start the Zoom session.They won't give me a refund. I ask for the manager. He can't give me a refund either. It can only be given by the general manager. He won't be in until tomorrow. Uh, no. That's not cool. At all. I shouldn't have to return to get what's owned me today.The manager said the potatoes that were there were bad so he wanted to make them fresh. While I appreciate that, I should've been told before I paid or provided a refund immediately.I literally haven't been at this location in years because every single time it was something. Last time the bun in my burger was literally hard as a rock.I will never return. This is ridiculous. Stay away from this place.Total time waited for my 9 minute potato…27 minutes. Then when I got home I noticed my burger was wrong…gave me a single instead of the double I ordered.

I've been back on 4 separate occasions and have had the facility tell me three different times during business hours that they weren't open. Once in the morning and twice at night. I'm talking at least an hour and a half within business hours. I've given them a chance but we will not be returning.

I think the quality of the food has gone down. They spent a lot of time working on breakfast and neglected the quality of all their other food items.

I don't eat here. I'm rating the gas station. They always have the snacks or drinks that I like and friendly service.

This the second time we have gone there and the burgers are terrible and the fries are cold. Will no longer go here.

Went in to order myself some breakfast. Told them multiple times at least 4 times I wanted on sweet tea. Some people can't have too much sugar in their life. Guess what I still got. I hope Wendy's is not on the $15 an hour minimum wage. They can't even find competent employees to get the order right.

Employees were overwhelmed. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before someone even spoke to us. Had to go back in line twice for ketchup and napkins, each time waiting with no one in line. Frosty machine was broken. Won't be coming back.
