I hope they have a backup plan when the go under. Two of us ordered the same thing and even were asked if we want the same thing yet the dishes came out different. Food was cold. Kids serve you look like indentured servants that didn’t want to be bothered. Too busy texting.
We’ve been coming here for several years and been very happy here. Tonight they tried to feed us a bunch of fat and push it as the “fatty part of the brisket”. I asked my wife right away what the yellow stuff was in her Pho? She started pulling it all out and ended up with what’s showing in the picture. Ummm, we’re in Texas! We know what the fatty part of the brisket is and it doesn’t include all of that extra fat. Who would eat that? You can’t feed fat to your customers and tell them it’s alright. Then when my wife was asking about the other meats, she (maybe the owner) said your order’s fine. Maybe trying to save a few dollars by sacrificing quality. The downfall of many good restaurants. Too many other good places around. See ya later Viet Soul! Can’t treat your customers this way.
This was our first visit to Viet Soul. We ordered our 'go to' dishes (we aren't very experienced in Vietnamese food) - Pho Soup, and Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce. While the food wasn't unusual or distinctive compared to other restaurants, it WAS tasty and satisfying. What was unusual is the friendly and attentive service! Oh ... the Thai Tea was the best we have EVER tasted. We will definitely be back!!!Incidentally, they don't offer 'Appetizers'. They do, however, have 'Hunger Starters'. (lol)

I tried this restaurant based off reviews. Menu is extremely small. There aren’t many vegetarian or vegan options so beware if you’re assuming there is. The food was delicious but our experience wasn’t the best. The food was extremely cold, the kimchi fries didn’t have any meat on them, and because we don’t eat pork and it never stated on their menu that the egg rolls were pork, my sister ended up with pork egg rolls in her food. The staff was hesitant on giving extra meat since she couldn’t eat the egg roll. No one was apologetic.
Based off the reviews i thought this place was going to be average but food was delicious. That's coming from someone who's picky. Ordered Curry and volcano tacos. The staff was attentive and very nice.
I was really disappointed with the spring rolls. I'm accustomed to more even mix of vegetables, vermicelli, and meat. This was mainly vermicelli, and a small piece of lettuce, wrapped in meat. Truth be told the chicken and beef were tasty, just not what I expected overall.

First time getting Togo from this place. Customer service over the phone was phenomenal. Picked up the food and it was nicely packed. We ordered two large Pho. Let me tell you this, it was super delicious. Broth was on point, meat were cooked to perfection. Vinegar onions and side of fatty oil were also packed. Keep in mind this was Togo! We really hate Togo pho! But dannnnggggg it was super good. Imagine eating it at the restaurant. Will try soon! Enjoy!!
