I had purchased a smoothie for my son and as he was drinking it he had pieces of plastic wrap in his smoothie. I called them several times to make them aware but phone was not being picked up. I poured smoothie in container to find all the pieces of plastic wrap in it. This is disturbing & not customer friendly.
The quality and consistency has gotten so much better here. Originally I had given them 2 stars for terrible customer service and constantly messing up on my food. The last few months they’ve made my orders right , service has been decent, not amazing, but they aren’t rude anymore which is nice. My husband and I always order wraps and smoothies. I’m happy they are hiring better people and making the food at a better standard. We’ve been coming here for about 5 years(coming about 2-3 times in a week) and stopped going for about 6 months because they could never make our food right and the workers were awful. Coming back again now seeing the reviews are getting better and we are happy to say they have come along way.
I just want to thank the restaurant and the people who were working today. I am 31 weeks pregnant and going through some depression. I’ve been making myself sleep all day everyday because my dreams are more fun and interesting than real life right now. Anywho I decided to wake up and try this place. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap with sweet potatoes and a smoothie. It was such an escape and seriously made me feel like a million bucks. Thank you guys so much for just doing your jobs and making the food the way it’s described on the menu. It was delicious and it made me so happy today. Thanks guys. ❤️
Love this place for a light but filling meal! So tasty and refreshing flavors! ? One of my favorites.
Wife and I both got sandwhich smoothie combos. Both tasted great and did not disappoint.
Consistently attitudinal and unconcerned about patrons from greeting to ending over the past months I have come here. It’s obvious that the business is new to the area. They have a low morale due to others still willing to endorse them. Their food is constantly not appetizing, customer service lags, and the smoothies are the selling point. Eventually, I will no longer come here. Smoothie King is a hop, skip, and a jump. The smoothies are great, but I strongly prefer good customer service. You’re throwing cheese on tortillas and blending fruit. Be nice or go do another job.
Absolutely freaking amazing !!!! Fresh food ! Clean space ! Perfect customer care ! Even over the phone. I love it 10/10 I just walked out a happy customer :) this branch is perfect
Ok so I tried this place yesterday and I absolutely loved it! I wanted to replace a meal with a smoothie and the young lady helping me recommended the detox smoothie which was incredibly tasty ! I was afraid it was going to taste too much like kale and ginger but that wasn’t the case! It was delicious and easy to swallow if you know what I mean! You guys must try this place for yourself, I promise you won’t regret it !!!
I wish these smoothies were sugar and calorie free! They taste soooooo good and soooooo refreshing.
The manager/ store owner refused to remake an order on the grilled cheese sandwich that for whatever reason included bacon and I am a vegetarian. The ingredients are not listed on the app. He told me "I should've read it we don't give refunds unless we make the mistake". I have been shopping here for smoothies for months and I always get less than poor service but I decided to keep giving them my business.The only reason I am giving 1 star is because there is no option for submitting this review without any stars. Please save your money, time, and self respect and take your business to anywhere else.ALL SMOOTHIES HAVE ADDED SUGAR
