I guess if you order BREAKFAST tacos you have to specify that you want eggs in your breakfast taco. Ordered a potato and chorizo taco and bacon and potato taco thinking it would have eggs in it. Maybe it’s just me, but I thought it was a universal thing about breakfast tacos that there’d be egg in it. Well these taco didn’t come with egg so that was strange.

This place is pathetic! I decided to give them a second chance after a bad experience a month earlier waiting for my order nearly 45 minutes! I ordered (2) chicken and (2) steak tacos! A pictures says a thousand words! I’m no longer a customer of Taco Cabana!

So sad. I used to love Taco Cabana. Unfortunately they have never recovered from the Covid shut down. Staff is trying, but there simply isn't enough of them. The wait time to order is ridiculous and so is the wait to get your food. I came in at 11am on Saturday so it is not like a peak rush.It isn't even funny to watch customers walk in and have to wait for an employee to even come out from the back to take their order.They no longer have a salsa bar and they do not stock their utensil area.Wonder how long before they simply give and close the company.So sad, but I still like their food if they could figure out how to function in the new post covid reality

Paid 13.00 for the fajita taco meal and the fajita tacos had almost no chicken!! All tortilla. Not worth the price at all. Girl at window could be a lot friendlier too.

Same quality as the the first time, trash. $2 tacos at the stripes are way better.

Their staff was friendly and cooperative. They don't give you a enough of the condiments (containers only 1/3 filled) and the rice had thick scorched pieces in my chicken cabana bowl like they scraped them from the bottom of the pot after over cooking the rice. So, the customer service was on point, but the food left something to be desired.

The hours need to be updated, says you close at midnight and you don’t. You close at 10pm. Tried going last night but came right at 10pm and you were closed. Ok fine. Come this morning (Saturday morning) at 8:30am for breakfast.we ordered the steak egg and cheese tacos. Then asked for salsa ranch. Drive thru attendant said they didn’t have any because they hadn’t made any this morning? Like ok when are you guys going to decide to make it? Fine whatever. Drive all the way home, to see that we were only given steak fajita tacos. Um what? You charged me for steak egg and cheese, clearly on my receipt, but seems like the workers there don’t care to look at what people ordered before making the food and don’t check for quality assurance. We call… “manager” says you must come back in for a refund. Um what? You can’t do it over the phone in this day and age? Ok so we go back up there only to get attitude from the workers. Man… whatever happened to customer service? I really hope store owners get them proper customer service training or manage them appropriately. Would not recommend this location.

Extremely long wait. All resouces go to drive thru. No salsa bar even though buffets are back up and running in other places. Staff stated it's never coming back. I love Taco Cabana but very disappointed.

They have THE BEST tasting beef fajita meat at this location. Not sure why it is different, but when I am over here I always make it a point get one from here. Such good seasonings! Seems they are a bit short handed today, but still friendly service.

It was horrible! I went with my family and orders the dozen burritos that come in a box for breakfast and they told us to go wait at the front of the restaurant even tho there was no one else there, and we where waiting for a while so my uncle had to go inside and get the food and it came in a bag with the burritos just thrown in there! I could notice that they used diff tortillas then usual and the foil around the burritos looked so rushed and messy and some burritos weren’t even labeled, also when I tasted the bean and cheese burrito IT WAS HORRIBLE VERY VERY NASTY like u can taste that it came from a random can or if it’s expired or something ? plus.. one of the workers walked out of the restaurant and they where acting pretty weird like if they where high.. ?
