Best Taco Bell near Grand Parkway & Westpark Tollway. Hands down the friendliest service, made to order food, and super clean drive-thru and restaurant. This Taco Bell actually care about their customers and the quality of food and service they have. And it shows! Fast drivethru and smiling faces all around. After being rudely lied to at the FM 1093 location and having dealt with a little punks attitude, I made the extra drive to this location on Grand Parkway. Worth every bit of my time!
Food's standard but they make you go through a seemingly empty line only for them to make you stand in the parking lot after having ordered. Only for me to find out that there's 6 cars waiting in the parking lot just like me, if I knew it was this busy I wouldn't have come, what's the point of a line if you're just going to make me wait even longer than I thought I was going to be? This wouldn't be that big enough a problem if I didn't wait 25 mins in the parking lot for two burritos. This is a message to the owners to either staff your place accordingly, or change your business practices.
Great service and order accuracy. The staff here are very friendly and my order is always correct! Other than that, it’s a usual Taco Bell and is generally easier to get in and out of and less congested than other locations in the area.
Usually come here later, and there’s always a sweet girl working the drive through. But tonight we came by and there was an older women who was absolutely rude. While we were ordering she yelled at us about what drink we wanted while we were still not done ordering the meals. Rolled her eyes at us, and continued to give us attitude while we were ordering. I’d understand if we were rude, but we were completely nice and just wanted to order some food. Maybe train your employees better Taco Bell. Cause it’s plain embarrassing to have people acting like that for no reason. Keep your personal issues to yourself.
When you at a register, you need to change your gloves, not touch everybody’s money and cards and then touch the food, that’s just gross

We pulled up and didn’t even know if they were open or closed. No one came to the intercom after waiting for a few minutes. When we pulled around we could see employees inside so not sure what was going on…
When Vera is working at night and running the shop the food is perfect 95%+ of the time.When there is anyone besides Vera, quality and service suffer
Changing my 5 Star review: (Food is still great)I am tired of this trend "Can you pull around to the front." Yes with a period because you have no choice. All to fudge the numbers for the appearance of better customer service. Meanwhile you are driving loyal customer away. I understand when there is a line and you have a big order or something needs to be made fresh, but when I am the only one in line and no one else ever even shows up. Why even have a drive through. I know this has nothing to do with this location and is a corporate policy but something has to be done. The food is always great at this location as well. Please do something about this!!!!!
