Ordered the new steak nacho fry burrito and a drink. There was ZERO meat in it, it was like eating hot sauce absolutely NOTHING as advertised. They charged $2.50 for a drink that was child size. Not good at all. Who wants to pay $8 for a steak burrito with no steak in it and a tiny drink. They need to pay attention to orders here. Seems this is a repeat issue here with many. The owners need to read these and make corrections
So, this location is actually a pretty good tacobell, nice hot food, crispy lettuce and timely service. Over all based on many experiences with different locations, I'd say this one is one of the more thoughtful ones when it comes too customer service.
I order through the app and go through the drive through to get my food. The employees are always courteous and friendly. I have never had an issue with the employees. There was a mistake on one of my orders and they promptly corrected it and apologized for the oversight. That has been the only issue I have had at this location. I try to get my orders from here wherever possible because of the level of service they provide.
Always seem to be good on time, I've only ever had one order missing an item. Don't ever use the online app though it never seems to work and they never make the food till you get there anyways.
So apparently when you order a # 1 (supreme tacos) and then say SUPREME crunchy tacos and they say ok regular supreme crunchy tacos and you say sure, Supreme crunchy tacos (and it goes back and forth literally 8 times) you don't get supreme tacos. Came home with 6 tacos that are NOT supreme, no sour cream and no tomatoes, so basically 6 inedible tacos. Thanks lady at the speaker. Maybe their training needs to include learning what their products actually are.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! NEVER GO HERE! We waited for ten minutes inside at the cashiers desk and no one greeted us or even talked to us. Rude crew workers. They stared at us quietly while ignoring us. Also the women’s restroom had ZERO hooks for your purse or keys. Also the toilet didn’t even flush. What kind of food place is this seriously? i’m surprised this location hasn’t been shut down yet. Highly disappointing especially when the University blvd location is amazing compared to this one.
Had an order for 11PM, I went to this location and was told there was no order through my app I placed with my name. Another useless app, or useless employees.Don’t waste your time

BEST TACO BELL I’ve ever been too. I went with my boyfriend through the drive-thru. We ordered the deluxe cravings box & crispy cheese box thing they had on promo. Both boxes had chalupas & we asked for no sour cream on everything plus lots of fire sauce. Got to the window & the guy read us back our order. He was super nice & professional. He then told us to pull to the front as the chalupas were being made fresh. We got our boxes about 5 minutes of waiting there & he told us exactly which box was which & that each box had sauce & napkins. Not only were the chalupas fresh but everything else was hot & fresh as well. Plenty of fire sauce too. We were so pleased with this Taco Bell. I wish I looked at the employees name tag to name him on here. Oh yeah & they didn’t put sour cream on anything!!! Been to too many Taco Bell’s where they ignore this request. Will definitely go back to this one.
