I have been to this subway many times and every time is very pleasant, but today the oldman is very rude and sloppy, I hope the manager can train the employee again, after all, no one wants to eat a sub made of dirty gloves
Horrible. They close at 10pm & I got there at 9:45pm with all the lights still on even the “open” sign. There were 2 employees and one customer inside. I saw the girl employee peak her head out and as I was about to walk in, they turned off all the lights & said they’re closed with 15 minutes left. I came here before around the same time and someone else was able to serve me but the employees today were lazy and laughing/smiling as I walked back out.
Horrible experience, the person of Indian nationality who attended me chose the hardest bread to serve it.
Went in at 5:15pm on 12/29/21, there were no other customers in the store and 3 employees working. I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order, who was the slowest sandwich maker I have ever seen, while the two other employees were messing with the register. 3 other people came in and were waiting in line while I was still being helped and had to ask the other employees if they would help make sandwiches so they could actually get food. Overall, I spent 30 minutes in this location waiting for 2 sandwiches while I was the first customer in line.
The girl working on Dec. 11th at 9pm. Omg worst customer service ever. I try to refrain calling other women the B word but this girl is the definition of one. She was so rude, rolling her eyes and talking horribly. She is the girl that peaked in high school. And her manager is just as bad. What is it with Subway having bad reviews? Oh. I just realized. Its the people working there. You hate it? Get a different job. Mcdonalds is hiring ✌
The current manager now is very professional and nice. She makes my sandwiches very neat and with care. Her name is Brittany! I will definitely come back to this store only for my footlong turkey. Please give her a raise the store is clean again.

I came in a couple minutes before closing because my daughter wanted something that wasn’t so “greasy” the boy and girl there seemed tired but were very happy to help me. Great sandwiches, great service!
I entered the store at 9:20 after I saw the sign that clearly lists closing time as 10 PM. The employee was also making a sandwich. He looked at me and said they were closed. I said no you're not as the sign lists 10 PM as closing time. Apparently, the guy had been making his own sandwich. He said he took the cutting tray inside and would have to bring it back outside so he cannot do it.I left and drove 7 minutes away to Flushear where the girls were happily serving customers until 9:50 PM. The employees at this location are doing the business a disservice by being dishonest. It is normal for Subways to serve customers up until 10 minutes or longer before closing time.I will not come here again.
They got good food but do not use online order which is really need improvment and you can see souble charges plus there is no way to cancel since app says call store and cancel. One think when u call the store for cancelation you ll hear manager not there and whoever on the phone doeant know how to cancrl. Same story from all stores
