I really tried giving benefit of the doubt. But to visit this place FOUR times straight and they get my order wrong EVERY time. I even tried ordering through the app to give them time to prepare. How do you get that wrong when a paper is literally telling you what the customer wants. One of the times my preordered sandwich wasn’t even made. 40 min after I made the order and got the notification it was ready. Do yourself a favor and make your own sandwich before coming here
so I went to get a subway at this location since l live around the corner I been going there for a long time I never get good service but is close to me but yesterday was the worse I dont know how much this guys get pay cause seen like they dont care about the customers any way I walk in there and i was ordering my sanwich so this guy walk in to star his shift i went ahead and ask him how he was doing. well bad mistake that guy give a dirty look he was mad and it looks that he was going to beat me up. I want to say something cause that, what you get for been a nice guy. horrible experience never going back. I feel sad for somebody that does not enjoy what they do.
Is there a reason why I walked in at 8:30pm and was told this subway closes at 9pm and the man working said he isn’t going to make my sandwich because he’s cleaning? It was 30 minutes before closing time. This is so unprofessional and makes this location look bad. Management needs to step up and fix these customer service issues. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
Ghetto and slow. The night shift moves so slow and lack customer service. I started driving an additional mile just to go to a better subway
Staff is very slow, i got a 6 inch they heated it up and when i took a bite it was stone cold, asked to have it heated up again and they looked annoyed with me.
Horrible customer service. I left there about 45 minutes ago. I walked in and one employee was sitting down texting. Im assuming the man there was the manger. He asked the girl that was texting to help me and mop the floor. She replied " I don't want to mop the floor". She did not get up to help me and he walked to the back. I waited and NO ONE helped me so I walked out.Last week the employees were cursing each other in front of customers. I thought that was just a one off freak mistake but now I see thats a horrible location. I have learned from my mistakes... I will not try them again
Pretty trash. Employees are kids being loud and obnoxious. Almost confrontational. Hire new people.
Abel went over & above to make sure I was happy w my my exact order. He and his coworker were fast. Abel was very kind and made small talk that was genuinely thoughtful. (I'm from Woodlands but am frequently out in Richmond for clients & always stop here bc they have THE BEST PIZZA anywhere. Wish our local Subways sold it.)Abel got good things in his future w a personality & excellent management skills like that.
Food looked very unfresh and sort of bad. One of the staff that prepare food doesn’t have mask on. So gross. I used to like this branch.
There's a reason why this Subway has poor reviews. Does this look appetizing to you? Jesus christ. What a waste of money. It was suppose to be toasted and the chicken was stone cold. Threw it in the trash and contacting corporate for hopefully a refund.?♀️Edit: Naveed Rehman the General Manager wrote me an email apologizing for what happened and would contact me via phone on Aug 29th. He never did and I wrote two emails back asking why no one has called me and he didn't respond to either. My goodness take pride in your work at least. Pathetic at this point.
