Should’ve just stayed at the original location. sign posted said closed at 7:30, pulled up AN HOUR BEFORE, and was denied service.
When me and my friends walk in the other day the place was a mess. Crumbs all over the floors and seats where me and my friends literally have to wipe it off ourselves. Then when we try to order our subs, no body wanted to take our order. They were just lounging around in the back doing nothing. We reluctantly grab the attention of one of the workers and they seemed nice but then they drop our bread on the floor, pick it up, and resume to cut it. We we're telling them not to do it since we don't want a foot long bread that drop on the ground. They ignored it, so we left.
Hi,Jersey Mikes Sandwich restaurant bread is better.All the ingredients in my sandwich were [email protected] Subway. Except the bread. Very sad.I don’t know what happened to the bread? Oh well, it’s sad that the Subway bread wasn’t great. I had my sandwich delivered.Maybe it’s better to be there in person to eat in?It was fresh bread they said. The staff of Ladies are great !!! I have no issue with their customer service at all ! , My grievance is with the owner, how is it , that this location has a “Drink Dispenser “ THAT NEVER WORKS ! When it does “work” , it’s “oh we don’t have , list of said drinks” the poor staff has to deal with this with customers, you’re making their job more stressful than it should be . I work in the area and frequent this location , so I can tell you with certainty it’s a consistent issue. Today 12-28 , guess what ? Out of certain drinks “again” and too top it off , the ICE was dirty !! Yuk ! I showed the staff and the poor lady was super apologetic. I’ve seen the owner zip in and out of this place a few times , you should be a ashamed of your leadership and should hire a new “drink dispenser vendor “ !Too the staff - thank you for always greeting with a smile and working with what you got . I appreciate you.
Food was good, though I wish the drink machine had all of the drinks it advertised

I love this location and I came to pick up a order but the employee named Nazia is very rude, I had to keep calm because she’s not worth it but this lady should not work here if she’s going to be rude to customers. Her service was sloppy and full of laziness.
If you're the manager of this store, I hope you are reading this so you can better train your people on knowing priorities. I placed an order on your app so I can quickly pick up my order. I ordered 30 min in advance and came there 15 min after the time that your app said the order would be ready. Your store is not super busy; I know. That's a total of 45 min for 6 sandwiches! When I got there, your guys were just standing there. They asked me to wait 10 min and I patiently waited, while watching them take in 4 new customers that walked in. I paid for my sandwiches. I got there before these 4 new walk-in customers. I am a walk in customer, basically, since my order was not made until I got there. So why did I have to wait another 20 min as they take in new walk-in orders while my order sit there? Is it because I sat there waited patiently for my order instead of pushing it in their faces? Get your priorities straight!
