Connor, at the Target Starbucks at Aliana Shopping center was excellent. He deserves to be promoted to manager!!!! I'm excited to see him whenever I visit from now on. ?
This starbucks never has it together, it's always something. I only go here once in a while when the starbucks on 1464 runs out of something. I order mobile and this time 2 cars were waiting when I got here. This was opening time and the doors weren't open yet. The expresso machine was gonna take time to be ready to start making my drink. Just open at 6am if your not gonna be ready.
Love this Starbucks! Always great service and smiles from the baristas. Lots of seating inside and out. Ample parking that’s handicap accessible.Fresh bites available to include gluten free options. They also have a range of branded products to include cups and mugs. Starbucks coffee by the bag. Texas branded items too.Free wifi, comfortable seating so you can take work or studies on the road while you enjoy a bite and some coffee.Located adjacent to the HEB.
Tired of times when I’mIn there and the staff completely ignores me because they are busy. But a white guy can walk in and get his order taken. I spend mad bread at this joint and get treated like I ain’t ish
I come to this location all the time and on more than one occasion the staff acts as if I’m in line and don’t matter or acknowledge me but immediately when a white man walks in they ferret and take his order. This is how busy this location is so that a black man can’t get even an acknowledgement when I spend money daily here in drive through
all the staff greeted mewith an excitement they work fast and really serious with what there doing very patient in getting orders and last there drinks is really good
Just throw the whole building in the trash. This Starbucks is way to busy for it to look that nasty. They had Nats in the display with the food just nasty. Restroom was so dirty. Unfortunately can’t come back. I really hope you guys get the store in order. The staff was wonderful tho and very friendly.
Ordered peppermint mocha frappe and it has always been what I order. Went back because it tasted bland. I told the barista and he said they can probably make another one but he had to go back and forth with the manager. I said I dont really need another one just probably add syrup or what was missing in this drink. He kept saying my drink had the syrup. The point is it does not taste the same so there is something missing. After waiting for too long for them to fix the drink I decided to walk out. It’s not worth spending so much money on a drink that takes forever for them to fix. Not going back to this location. (Also this happened the second time, the first one was I had someone buy it for me.)

Have gone many times at different points of the day. Today, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes after my pick-up time as four baristas walked by me before going out of my way to ask where my mobile order was - turns out no one had pulled any of the mobile orders for the last 20 minutes. They aren't in any hurry and didn't even apologize for the wait.
