This place is great. Elsy, Jeremy and Bourak and Jay are amazing. Actually everyone I've encountered there is amazing. The store is pretty clean, service is fast and friendly. The only issue I have, that isn't their fault, is the ghosts. It's haunted. I mean otherwise it's cool
Pulled up at 6:50pm to order a caramel Frappuccino they talking about “ our blenders are done for the day “
I am a regular customer of Starbucks and I usually go there due to it being closer to home but I had a very bad experience with this branch as when it was 8:50pm I went to the driveway and I asked for caffe misto they refused to make it by saying our coffee stall is closed and suggested I try a different drink and when asked them politely to replace the drink the girl at the counter refused to replace it. this is the first time this has happened with me at any Starbucks branch. Then my sister asked for her drink and they refused it and suggested a different one. Overall zero concept of successful customer service.
Been coming here for years and the staff's service is exceptional. but pls perfection how to make the iced almond milk shaken expresso, it always tastes so bad compared to other locations. Everything else is great all love
the young man in the Astroworld hoodie that was working tonite on window deserves a RAISE. He made my drink soooo perfect!! I’m so appreciative because he blended the matcha up in the blender so that it wouldn’t have no chunks - never heard of that before! Normally Starbucks will hand out matcha beverages with balls of powder still left in them. A for effort and for great customer service!

The FM 1464 location is the only one that prepares my customized Iced Shaken Espresso with almond milk just like I like it…with the exception of a couple of times where there was way too much ice or there was room at the top that I didn’t ask for. During the weekdays Christine (I hope I spelled her name correctly) Chris, Aubri (super sweet), Michael, and another young lady whose name starts with an “A”…I’m kicking myself because I forgot it….they’re all awesome! And I appreciate them very much.Edit: I remember! Her name’s Adrianna!
Definitely a nice and quiet location. Perfect for the meeting we were having and the staff was really nice. Definitely will return for future visits. I think the options available are usually very limited and drive thru can be long.
Really nice employees. Kind of feel bad since it's next to Bush (feel even worse for the mcdonalds) since those kids suck , but the service is great and they get drinks out fast.
