Worst Starbucks I've ever been too. These employees have zero social communications skills with customers. Manager needs to train them or if the manager here is the same, he or she needs to take some classes on how to speak to people. You don't speak to customers like you're talking to your homeboy or homegirl. You also ignore customers when they walk in and make them wait and wait and wait until the customers ask if someone can help them after many minutes of standing there. If you, as an employee are busy and see a customer walk in, have the consideration to let them know that you will be with them shortly so they know what's going on. If you hate your job that much, go find another one. I'm sorry but this generation of young adults or teens have zero social skills for a generation surrounded by social media. Social media has messed this young generation up.

This location is the best!!! They get my order right every time. My drinks are always on point and they are so polite. Don't care how long the line is, I will continue to come this location.

Not impressed. Three employees all working the drive thru with me being the only customer inside the store. Eventually, I heard, "Be with you in a moment sir". Then a while later, another, "Be with you in a moment sir". Finally, okay great, got the order in and paid. I live just around the corner and the drinks were for my wife and me so I quickly headed home. My wife discovered that her Mocha was NOT good with a strange almost artificial taste. I tried it and agreed. "But", she said, "I'll drink it anyway" as opposed to me running back to the store for an exchange or refund. I discovered that my Carmel Frap was better but had hardly any coffee taste. In fact, both drinks tasted as if there was no coffee included. Maybe I should have ordered an extra shot. Oh well, what do you want for $10+?

Ordered an oatmeal with blueberries and the blueberries had mold on them /:

Ordered child's chocolate milk (not in the box but made) and Venti Caramel Brulee no whip. The chocolate milk had ice cubes in it. Seriously? Who makes chocolate milk with ice??? No one I know nor any of the other Starbucks I order this from. The Caramel Brulee was also bad. Didn't taste right and had vestiges of whipped cream like they had put it on, then realized their error and just slopped it off. This is the third time I've ordered coffee at this particular Starbucks and the millionth time at Starbucks in general; it's now proven to me that they don't know what they're doing at THIS Starbucks!

This Starbucks is always out of ingredients to make drinks that are available at other Starbucks. They have never had the Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte, haven’t had the ingredients for the Cinnamon Dolce Latte in months, and today at 7:15 am when I went to pick up my online order didn’t have ingredients for the Chestnut Praline Latte. They are currently out of 5 of the 7 breakfast sandwiches as well.

I probably come in to much but I absolutely loooove it there Haley and Taylor are just absolutely amazing along with everyone else of course but I see them more often! I order online and pick it up and one day my tire blew on the way and my spare was flat bad morning all together so I called up and Taylor reassured me that they will remake the drink for me no problem! As soon as I got in they had it ready in less then 5 mins! Everytime I go in I’m greeted with a smile and the up most respect no matter how busy they are!!! This has to be my favorite Starbucks to go to!!

I went to Starbucks tonight asking for 3 drinks. 1 out of which was made perfect . I asked for an ICED vanilla bean (which is just ice, milk, and vanilla bean powder) and nitro cold brew. They provided me with a vanilla bean frap(as you can see on receipt below) I understand mistakes so I asked if they could remake it. The lady who told me they couldn’t was a brunette and seemed very disrespectful. She could not hold a basic level of professionalism. I simply asked for a refund. Seemed to show allot of frustration.I never had such an issue before . (They were not busy at all) I’m usually understanding but my sister works at startbucks also and said that the drink could of simply been made ... I usually don’t leave reviews but I would simply pick a different Starbucks

HAILEY by herself is a zillion stars alonethank u all around.....
