I ordered a bbq sandwich meal which says it comes with two sides. I ordered a side of okra and a side of beans. They charged me for the side of beans cause they said okra was considered two sides. They didn’t tell me that when I ordered it. I don’t remember it ever being considered two sides and I have ordered the same thing every year for the past 11 years cause I get a free meal from being a katyisd employee. They told me I was charged wrong for 10 years obviously by different people.
Terrible manager. Rude. Will never go back and do not recommend dealing with her. She had the nerve to follow me and my family to the parking lot. Someone from corporate if reading this… please contact me asap. She is a terrible person to have managing your employees. I can only imagine how her staff feels.
So, my wife and I went here after leaving Pappa Charlie's hideout bbq (it sucked). I was in the area and got a to go sandwich just to see how the flavor was...it was worse than Poppa Charlie's hideout. The sandwich was 11.10 with no sides. It was small, the bread drenched in bbq sauce, meat had NO flavor that I could tell because it was drenched in bbq sauce. If you want real bbq go to the hood. The worse the area the better the bbq. That's what I've been running across lately.
Awesome food in a great location. We highly recommend Spring Creek BBQ for business lunches, to-go orders and fabulous dine in experience.

Would not recommend if you want real BBQ it's ok for a family restaurant but is very pricey $20 for less than a half pound of brisket and sausage that I assume is very cheap sausage because it had a hotdog consistency. I had to wait in a take out line for 20 min for someone to slice my premade food when there was no line. I will not be going back. If you want chain food it's average but pricey. Not my thing.
Ordered a chopped beef baked potato that came without the chopped beef. Just a plain potato with cheese and bacon pieces. Also only got one small container of bbq sauce to share amongst 3 separate meals. Waste of money.
The staff is always so friendly and ready to help. Food is good, we'll be back.
