Well I been at the drive thru for about 10 minutes now and no one cared to respond so I drove up to the window and the employees are just talking to each other and looking at us. It’s 8:47 on Wednesday June 15th. Hopefully the manager or owner makes adjustments cause at this point I’m just gonna never goto a sonic ever again if this is the kind of staff they hire. Can’t imagine how they handle the food you consume from here with this kind of lack of motivation.

Went to mason and grand parkway location and intercom system was down so they completely shut down. Drove to bellaire location where the same system was down but they still took orders and made business happen! Way to go Bellaire for thinking outside of the box!!

Please check your order before you leave. I did not and HALF of my order was wrong. I asked for a medium sonic blast, they gave me a mini. I asked for an oreo blast, they gave me m&m (2nd blast). I ordered chicken strips and they didn't ask if I wanted fries or tots. They gave me tots which my kid doesn't eat. I ordered a cheeseburger and it had mayo on it which I can't eat. My drink cup had black stuff on the inside near the lid. This place always takes a long time and half the time the order is wrong. Once they had my order sitting at the drive thru window for 10 mins when I was at a car hop and they asked me if I wanted them to remake it. Gee... you think? The food is cold by now. Please double check your order or avoid this place altogether if you can.

First they let me order the popcorn chicken knowing they ate out. After waiting in a line for almost 5 min they tell me they are out after I had paid. Then I oder hamburger with ketchup and cheese only. Wait another 5 min to get a burger with everything on it! Then they go back in and 20 min later still no good!!!!! Finally drove off to angry and hungry to even care about the money. Terrible service!!!

We have tried this location twice and both times we have had to remind them that we had placed an order because so much time had passed, the first time I gave the benefit of the doubt and tried a second time, only to be told that someone had come out and not seen the vehicle, I was parked in a clear view of the door and it never opened, so I was told to wait for them to make my food….even though he said they had just walked out, why couldn’t they just bring out the food at that point? Horrible service.

I waited over 20 minutes at the drive through no one ever said anything then I drove to the window thinking maybe it was broke and no one opened the window either.... I might get it if it was close to closing time but this happened at 1 pm right in the middle of the lunch rush (which for them was only 3 cars...) this is not the first time I have had issues with this location.. wish the management would figure it out...

Really rude make you wait to order in the drive thru and to get your order I thought it was fast food, to top it off the lady seem like the manager really rude. They need customer service in this location.

This location has been awful for years. Every time we go it seems like hardly any employees are there to work. Food takes forever to come out even with ordering ahead on the app.

The Bread the butter yummy I almost ate my way into a size 12 pants. Somebody's momma put their Texas food into that recipe!!! The view is beautiful. Autumn leaves colors are spectacular right now. Brisket taco is one of my favorite.
