This morning I ordered on the app. Nathan came to my car to tell me they had no cooks. He took my phone number and Was told a manager would call me. It is now 8:36 pm. No call and the charge is still showing on my cc. I called and the voice mail box is full. My order included a free drink because of a 45 minute wait while they waited on ice cream from another store.

If you want quality food you’d be better if dining out at a dumpster. The working conditions are absolutely disgusting down to the water from the ceiling leaking on to the bread, the roach nests behind machines and in tight corners, and the the overflowing toilet leaving Feces to roam around on the floors. Like I said better off eating at a dumpster.

The only reason we come here is that it’s close to our home. They constantly run out of items, from food to straws to you name it. Tonight is the final straw. They forgot half of our order and avoided answering the call button. It would have been easier to just make my own dinner, heck I could have butchered the chicken and grown the potatoes quicker.

This is the absolute worst sonic ever! It deserves ZERO stars! Not even 1! In the drive through line for 19 minutes waiting on 2 iced drinks- without a single person in the line in front of me! This happens every time I am here! If it wasn’t convenient and the only fast food place around the corner without having to drive 15 minutes I would never come here!

Took over 15 min just to place an order, I had to go inside the restaurant bc I couldn't get anyone to respond at the drive in parking spots. Tried 2 different spots. What a joke. Still waiting on the ice cream...never again! After sitting at the drive-in for over 30 minutes we decided to give up on getting our order which was a Sonic Blast and a Route 44 grape slush. Our order should have been made and delivered in less than 2 minutes especially since I had to go inside and notify the manager that nobody was taking our order so he had to do it. He obviously didn't care which is a reflection of the management as a whole at this location.

Ordered 2 pretzels two drinks and cheese sticks. It took 25 minutes. When the order arrived the pretzels were missing. 10 minutes later I got my pretzels. 35 minutes!This location is consistently terrible always has been.

I heard that this location has gone down hill, but I wanted to test that out for myself. So, I decided to try it out tonight for the first time in a while. When I pulled in, there was another vehicle in a stall getting their order from the car hop kid. I pulled into the spot next to them & was just looking at the menu when the car hop kid walks up to my window and tells me "uh, we're actually closed for the night." It's 9:30-9:45pm & Google/Sonic's website says that you close at 11pm. Thanks for letting me know that you're lazy & don't want to do your job kid. Saved me some money. Lol. Just sad & pathetic that ppl like that are still employed/employed at all & earning money, but don't want to do the job they signed up for. Glad I didn't order anything and get a jacked up order like some of these other people bc this comment would've been more harsh. Whoever owns this location should probably think about wiping the slate clean, deep clean their restaurant & hire an entirely new staff & start out fresh. Just a suggestion. Sad to say, this is the only bad review I've ever given bc I typically try to breed positivity, but this experience just irked me. Deuces to this Sonic! ✌?

have been going here for over 15+ years and love this location but late it has gone down hill. manager has attitude when it's late (friends state the same thing about manager). I showed up tonight at the drive thru 15 mins before closing and after about 5 mins minutes of no answer I went to one of the pull up bays. after waiting another 10mins I was informed by the manager that it was after 11pm so I couldn't order I informed her that I had been there before 11pm and she stated I was lying. won't be going back to this location... unfortunately this has been a location I loved in the past but not anymore.

Every single time I come to this sonic It seems to take for ever to get your food or to even order.. you are waiting in the drive thru for at least 10-20 mins for someone to say “hi we will be with you one second” anything At least or in the little car ports literally take forever to the point you think they actually forgot about you.. and when I get home they forget to even put my burger or nuggets in the bag!!! Like come on!! I never come here only when it’s a last resort.. this place and McDonald’s are the closest fast foods around the neighborhood anywhere else I’d have to drive 20 mins the other way.. I hate this sonic but McDonald’s is being renovated and took the benefit of the doubt on coming here and there is no surprise.. in line for 30 mins already.. worst sonic location EVER EVER.

We had the breakfast toaster with no meat that wasn't bad but the coffee was barely warm and I couldn't even drink it!!
