10:40AM 5/31. Drive thru gave me the wrong size and charged me more.2. Drive thru did not offer or give me a receipt.3. Lady at drive thru tried to get my attention by twirling a straw to give to me while i was checking a message on my phone. I get it but use your words and treat me like a customer/human being.4. No verbal greet or salutations. Lady at drive thru just seemed rude and lacking of customer service attitudes without saying a single word to me besides my overcharged price for the drink.
Excellent service; the employees helped my family decide what to order as we were indecisive, and they definitely suggested good smoothies as we all (even with how picky we are) left there happy! Come to find out also they had a Friday special for $1 off a 32oz smoothie! That was a great surprise. Absolutely will be stopping by here again!!!
smoothie king 7810 has some great servers. they're all super helpful and friendly. don't forget to tip your servers!
I'm sitting in the drive thru and employees are unwilling to assist because they "don't know" the answer to my question regarding use of my rewards. The employee said "ma'am I don't know that's above my pay grade." She then walked away (more than 5 minutes ago) VERY POOR SERVICE. I will be back to speak with management when the doors open
Normally, my experience at this location is always great. The staff is very friendly, always make my smoothies perfectly, and the wait is never long. However, tonight, I was not too impressed. While the young lady wasn't overly friendly, she wasn't rude. Just very quick. But, she handed me my smoothie in a small plastic cup. I live 1.4 miles from this location and by the time I was home, it had already melted into the consistency of a thin shake. Also, the cup seemed smaller than the usual size, so I measured it. I barely got 18oz of water in it. I paid for a 20oz smoothie and what I got was a cup of flavored milk. Smoothie King, I know you can do better!
Terrible attitude from the employee on duty now. Saturday 09/04 8:45 am …my daughter & I came in, she didn’t greet us, no biggie, she had just helped someone via drive thru. We stood there for several awkward seconds while the young female employee just looked at us. We thought maybe she was helping someone on her headset… her glaring eyes said something different. So finally I ask” are you waiting for us”? She waves her hand as if say” get it over already”… clearly she was annoyed but it had nothing to do us. We left…. I’m not comfortable with someone who chooses not to even open their mouth to speak.
Past two experiences have been horrible at this location. When ordering through the app, if something goes wrong with your order or if they forget to send you something, they can't do refunds. If this is a corporate issue then someone needs to figure out this problem. I understand if the employees at the store don't have the authority to give the refund but it says in the app to call the location to receive a refund when issues arise. The customer service here is awful. I don't feel valued as a customer. If it is known that you aren't allowed to give a customer a refund then at least try to do something in the moment to make the customer happy. I don't want to spend money on something I didn't receive!
Me and my wife came here Monday evening and the staff was amazing. The staff were very welcoming and the environment was very enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!!!
I had one of my best customer experience here!And the smoothies here are great.I would 100% recommend coming here you would not be disappointed!!
I come here on Sunday and they where close and the said on Sunday they only do drive-thrus. Put on their website and on MapQuest it said they do dine in?. So they need to update their website and let people know that they don't do dining service on Sundays. The other smoothie King by sam's club is open on Sundays.
