Ate at Steakhouse. Steaks were excellent. A ZZ Top Cover band (ZZ Rox) we're playing. Not bad. Bar has shuffleboard inside as well as darts. Outside was Cornhole games, giant Jenga, a pool table and what looked like ax throwing stations. A bar outside and inside. Steakhouse was a different building. Totally different style...upscale, nice presentation, good steak (I'm picky).
This place is a 2 star but it is clear that two stars is what they strive for. Re-Edit after manager asked why they only get 2 stars...I cannot imagine Scotty had no idea he was a 2 Star. When I went to the bar and got a glass of ice for the bottle of water there was mud in the bottom of the glass. Monday July 3, @ 4:00-5:00. When I ordered my 6 boiled shrimp, It was 20 bux and the corn they served with it was simply awful, dried out and off flavor. I say skip the menu. and only drink bottled drinks. No mixed drinks here. But if the band is good you still may enjoy.
This place is not worth the money we spent on our food.Plus it was hot, smokey, and the service was not good.I think the night entertainment would be great. As we went in the late afternoon, and heat of the day.
Where do I begin. I would recommend Macdonalds before I would eat here. Worked there for 3 hours.1 deep-fried stale expired store bought chips(told it was cheaper than making fresh and sold as scratch made2 famous himemade artichoke dip was from HEB3 dosnt clean pans between orders just reuses all night4 food left on workstations through out the night (improper temp chicken)5 squeeze bottles with congealed products(just refilled instead of cleaning and or getting a clean one)6 no dates on foods in storage7cross contamination (cooked salmon in same bin as bloody raw beef?8 and the coup de grace. White truffle oil(perfume) cases and cases of that garbage but fresh chips or dip is to expensive.She called me a lier but everything I said was true. I did offer to come back if they fixed the above issues and they deny that that had any. I don't need to work I just enjoy cooking and what they were doing was not cooking. They even have a microwave in kitchen and used in their "recipies"Don't get me started on their fine dinning shot show. The dinning area smells bad and they pull their steaks (non aged) for a tub smother them in seasoning and basic b!tch grill em(no souve, no reverse sear, no finish. And think they are gonna compare to vic and Anthony's. Lmfao.Flat out question do you or fo you not use white truffle oil and have cases of it for your white truffle oil fries. And did you start making the dip. I bet right now I can come with heb brand and not one could tell the diffrence after you take yours out of the tubOh and the job she says I applied for I never asked for money I said I would like to help them out cause I thought they were nice people and I'm retired and bored oh and she treatens a law suit please do i recoreded your entire kitchen and violations. Unless you have proof otherwise I'd suggest you reconsider your threats.
Fun place. Good food. We had the fried pickles, garlic and parmesan chicken wings and grilled catfish dinner (me) and fried catfish dinner (my friend). Large portions well prepared. Very attentive service. Picture is of the grilled catfish but I forgot to take the picture until I was finished. I took the rest home with me.
Don’t WASTE YOUR TIME! Water down drinks, that they will not give you a refund on. It took an hour and a half to get a order of wings to our table. When we spoke with management they said the kitchen was backed up an hour and a half. Also took 40 minutes just to get a bottled water. Wait staff doesn’t have a clue what they’re doing.
Nice location but food was terrible the first time I went. The second time it took over 1 hour to get service and then over two hours for food. We finally had to cancel our order which they refused to do.In response to the owner, I believe you have me mistaken with another table. After waiting two hours we never received our food . And as for complaining that wasn't us we merely asked to cancel our order because the show was ending and we needed to leave.
I messaged them 2/2 about whether or not i would need a reservation for a birthday gathering. The lady sent me her number, I called and she said "to ensure proper waitstaff, we would need $100". I then asked if for any reason if I have to cancel will I get a refund? Which then I was told yes as long as you give enough notice.I messaged her 3/15 (she read it, no response), I text 3/21, called and left a vm 3/23, then sent an abrupt message via messenger TODAY which finally got me a response. I was basically told they never said that and told me to reschedule!#wewillnevercomeback
