My sister and I have been customers for over 20 years! We love to have lunch and then shop at the boutique stores in historic downtown Richmond. YUMMM!

There roast beef sandwich with Italian deep was warm and delicious. A quite place to enjoy a lunch

It has been 20 years since I have been here, but my trip here today was great and just like old times. Some might say it is pricy, but fresh fruit and big portions abound here and worth it to me. Everything was fresh and delicious and a good walk down memory lane. Also the carrot cake was on point. Worth a trip from Michigan.

Sandy McGee’s has been a favorite of mine since I was a small child. Their chicken salad sandwich got me hooked on chicken salad and remains close to the top of my list 30 years later. The atmosphere is warm and quaint in a small town way - a table by the window is the best way to enjoy a rainy afternoon. The only negatives I would say are that the food can tend to take quite a while to arrive at your table, and the prices are a bit high for cafe style food. I still come back time and time again for my chicken salad, broccoli cheese soup, and the memories.

A very charming place, friendly staff. There's also a haunted restaurant storyline attached to the place ?‍?️

What a great first time experience! A friend invited me. I love quaint eateries like this. I had one of the “trios” where you get 3 different items on your plate. Broccoli cheese soup was one. It was terrific. The fruit salad was mounded up with goodies on my plate. The quiche I ordered was spinach and bacon and was equally good. We enjoyed the basket of crispy buttery croutons on the table as well. It was a great place for lunch and we’ll be back for sure.

Always good food and the staff works really hard to get through the line of people waiting to order. Portions are ample and the setting is casual, with a nice bar off to the side. If you're okay with sitting at the bar, you can skip the line!

First time here. The chicken salad sandwich was really good. It was really big. I ate half and took the other half home. My boyfriend ordered a poboy with a side of broccoli cheese soup. He also didn’t finish it and took half home. The spinach artichoke dip was really good. I loved the croutons they give you.

Honestly, there isn’t a bad thing that can be said about this amazing restaurant. The food is spectacular, the staff is great, and the feel of the space is amazing. This is my favorite place in the Houston area.

I've heard about this place for years and never got a chance to try it. My boyfriend and I went there for lunch to try something different than the regular fast food. I got the half croissant with chicken salad, fruit salad and cup of cheddar broccoli soup. It was amazing. I had to bring my salad home because I was stuffed. My boyfriend had the turkey club on a croissant with the cup of broccoli cheddar soup. We definitely enjoyed it and will be back. Forgot to take a picture of my food. It was plated beautifully as well.
