Friendly staff, waitress didn’t understand me clearly and brought wrong food, boba didn’t taste good at all. She did offer to correct the food and drink. Had gnats flying around during our meal.

I normally don't care for making reviews but I feel like it's warranted when staff don't bother to even wash their veggies, I have found bugs on my lettuce 5 times now and this time around there was even one still alive! just look at the pictures, this is too much and people need to check their food before eating it.
Came there for the first time last week and it was amazing ! We ordered about 4 different items and they were all good ! Staff is friendly as well too ! Their egg roll is the best I’ve ever tasted !! Soo good ! Highly recommend this place . I’m impressed ?
Very good Vietnamese food! We have ordered Vietnamese sandwiches, chicken spring rolls, and other rice dishes they offer on the menu. So far Saigon Basil has not disappointed. We love it since it’s close to our house.
They have the best pho soup that I've ever eaten!
I’ve been to a lot of Vietnamese restaurants. There is nothing appealing about this place and their food. The food was sloppy looking and not appetizing. There were flies hovering over our food the whole time. We were so exhausted waving our arms in the air to drive the flies away. Will not be coming back here
Love the atmosphere in this place. I got the regional noodle soup with egg noodle and that broth was bussin'. That flavor really shows the umami of slow stewed chicken. Exquisite. Can't wait to try the combo bahn mi and soy milk later on as to-go.
