bad, bad, bad! I ordered from here tonight. They sent it via a DoorDash delivery service and it never got delivered! I’ve tried to contact this location via their website as well as calling and no one has answered me even though they are supposed to still be open. Terrible customer service. I just want my money back since now Ive paid for food that never arrived. I am very unhappy.
Stay away from this location or Pizza Hut all together rude personnel and pizza never showed up. Ordered 8pm Friday started calling after 10pm and never got to speak to anyone till Saturday morning. Ordered from another pizza place for the kids and finally they resolved my pizza was delivered to the wrong address on Wednesday and claimed it was signed for and driver was tipped. Took another 5-days of reluctance to get a refund they insisted on store credit. Stay away manager is also as rude as unprofessional staff. Even the call center staff
Really ??? I placed an order for delivery …45 minutes later I called . Person on phone mentioned they only had one delivery person. Then why offer delivery? Lady on phone mentioned they had our pizza on warmer waiting for driver . We were next that is what she said. 10 minutes later we call ….delivery guy has not arrived to store. My husband leaves to pick up. So now add ten more min. As they are leaving driver is pulling up. After 1 hour and 15 min later my order is cold, they didn’t have 2 liter drink ( paid for)and pizza didn’t have all the toppings added.It’s very unfortunate since we like Pizza Hut. But this location is very disappointing.If from the beginning they would have called we would have just done a carry out. So we lost time and delivery charge plus tip ! She said there would be a credit on my order. That didn’t show up . Plus order is disappeared from my account! But I was charged. Very disappointed. Should have read reviews before ordering
Order placed through Pizza Hut website, incorrect order delivered. Called location, they will not correct it "because [they] don't have drivers and are using doordash drivers now", I was told to come pick it up, despite paying for delivery. Never againUpdate: Restaurant and customer service refused to refund the order, had to charge it back with my bank. Worst food experience of my life (so far)!
Delivered the wrong pizza and re3fuse to redeliver or refund because the manager left the employee there without ability to refund or deliver. Employee refused to give the manager's name and said she wouldn't be back until Monday. He then hung up on me. Horrible service. I just wanted some pizza :(
Unfortunately this is the only location in near by and all other locations are very far. Every time I try to give them chance they mess up the pizza by adding too much stuff, very less stuff, pizza that doesnt look like from pizza hut, weird crust, different order, etc and never gets better.
I order for curbside pick up and they didn;t came out for a longer time. Then I need to go and pick up in side the store. Manager didn;t called us to inform that they are not going to give curbside pickup. Very disappointed.
Placed an online order at 9:40 am to have pizza delivered at 7:30 pm on New Year's Eve and PAID online. Received text at 7"03 pm starting that pizza was out for delivery. 7:40 no pizza. Called location several times and each time they hang up. Husband drove to location and was told that someone called and changed the order from delivery to carryout. LIES! It is always something with this location. They are constantly saying that they tried to call you or someone called them. Enough! This location is in my delivery zone, but I will gladly drive to another location. Contacting corporate AGAIN on Monday. BTW, they deserve no stars!
If I could give 0 stars I would pizza and wings where nasty. There was no sauce on the pizza and wings where under cooked. Stay far away from this place.
Better food. My pizzas were horrible. They were extremely dry and there was no sauce on them. I could’ve bought them from the grocery store for a fraction of the price.
