When I ordered my food last night, I noticed one of my food items were missing. So I called the restaurant back and told them that one of my items were missing. I was expecting a refund because when I called them back they were closed, but they were nice enough to actually drive to my house and deliver my missing food item to me, nice and hot. So I thank them for the act of kindness ?
04/18/2022 - I got it line to get a refund with the other customers that were already in line for a refund..Ordered for pick up and came at the expected time. The staff let me pay first, with tip, and then I waited for another twenty minutes. Once I asked for my order again they said they still didn't have one of the pizzas ready or in the oven yet.. bruh. Placed an order for delivery, don’t get told delivery time until after payment processes. App says 25-35 minutes, which I thought was cool, the store must’ve staffed up finally! After an hour of waiting, called the store since there had been no update on my order, only to be told there would be 6 order delivered before mine, with only 1 driver for the night, and it would be another hour 45-two hours. That’s… yeah that’s not acceptable. I used to work at this location, and if it was THAT bad we would at least contact people, or even offer some kind of apology (which I didn’t get).
This is one of the worst experiences that I’ve ever had with a pizza order delivery in my life. That may seem a little crazy, but it’s a pretty basic practice. I spent over 15 years of my life in the food service industry, so I do have some behind-the-scenes understanding . I ordered a pizza online at 6:01 PM, at 6:20 PM I was called to tell me that one of the items was not able to be made which I went ahead and agreed to just take it off. At 7 o’clock the order has not arrived I called and was hung up on twice. When I finally got a hold of a person they said oh you’re next up, so an hour later I’m the next up for pizza to be made, not for delivery? So I went ahead and waited another 30 minutes and finally I had enough after one hour and 40 minutes from the time I ordered; the pizza had not even been made had not left their doors and I canceled it and I asked for a refund. The person was very rude and said he would just take care of it. I will never recommend this Pizza Hut nor will I ever order from them again! Please don’t give them your business!
Came by at 9:40 and the manager locked the door while looking at us then proceeded to turn out the lights (what pizza place closes early on a saturday). The phones were disconnected and no one would help us even though we had already ordered.. this location has seriously gone down hill its sad as pizza hut used to be our favorite. I have already gone to the dominoes down the street and they welcomed us with a smile. Hope this place gets bought out and brings in new management.
Worst place ever .. We have ordered from this location for 10 years but the last year the service is horrible they bring incorrect pizzas half the time , THE KIDS WHO WORK THERE ARE RUDE... this time I ordered for pick up on my way home .. drove up at 7pm doors locked a kid comes to the door says sorry we didn't make your pizza we are closing early!! Will NEVER BE BACK .. DOMINOES WILL GET PUR BUSINESS FROM NOW ON!
First and foremost the pizza tasted great. I was well prepared and exactly what I ordered. I also appreciated the pizza was ready at the time I was told it was going to be ready. The staff was quick and nice. I appreciated everything about doing business with Pizza Hut.
If I could add 0 stars I would. I placed an order last night and never got it. Stour hours were never posted on the website, nor on the building if they were closed for NY Eve. Tried calling the store last night to see if my order was accepted by a glitch but no one picked up this morning either. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this place. Terrible service

Always something with this store. 4 hour delivery times, wrong orders or something. I don't blame the staff at all, tonight we ordered a pizza for delivery not know about this 4 hour delivery time. When I realized it was 4 hours I went up to the store to cancel the order because no one was answering the phones. They literally had 2 people working this whole store! One kid in the back and someone working the register, how these guys didn't walk out and quit is beyond me. Props to them for the hard work but that gm that lets the store open with 2 people working, one making pizza is beyond me. Whoever runs this store needs to step it up or move on.
