Today we received rotten, brown and slimy lettuce in our salad. The mozzarella sticks were hard as a rock. The pizza was ok, but cold by the time it was delivered. The quality at this location has been getting worse and worse. We won’t be ordering from here again.
While the pizza and the wings are delicious, it's ridiculously AWFUL ordering from this place. Of the 4 times I have ordered from this place, not once has it taken less than 20 minutes to ORDER a simple pepperoni pizza.There is not a high volume of calls, and I have only been placed on hold once, however the girl taking orders is terribly long winded. On top of her talking ridiculously slow she asks the same questions 4 times although she has already confirmed your address and name and number she feels the need to have you repeat it a fifth time (even if it's just a simple single pepperoni pizza.). Even when you tell her that your order is complete she feels it's necessary to ask you 6 more times if you would like wings or drinks. Then she tries to insist you give an amount to tip for the driver before she even gives you at total for your order. She asks if you would like to pay cash or card however, refuses to accept cash anytime of the day. She has seriously convinced me to start ordering from Papa John's instead.
Great place! Took my grand-daughter there. We ordered a gluten-free pizza with marinara and pineapple on it...no cheese....and it was really good! Great service too!?
very good pizza, even after putting in fridge, the next day it feels fresh after heating it up.
The quality and customer service has TANKED over the past few years. I am extremely understanding of the plight of the small business owner, especially in a pandemic. However, that doesn’t negate that my hard earned money shouldn’t be valued. I pay for a service/good and in exchange the business should provide what they said they would. They have consistently gotten orders wrong, been 30-45 minutes late on PICK UP ORDERS, and frankly don’t give a care about the customer, especially at this location. The ingredients are still pretty ok quality but you can tell that those preparing the food have no clue what they are doing. It’s sad. I’ve been a Pepperonis fan for over a decade but it’s time to take my business elsewhere.
I would give 5 stars but I only ate 1 thing from the menu today. I will say that the, build your own, calzone is a great idea. Next time I'm on that side of town I'll be stopping by again.
This place was fairly empty. And still there was 45 mins wait for my Pizza. Ended up not ordering and leaving.
I've been going to pepperoni's for years, never had a problem at the other locations, but this location is bad. I called to place my order and told the lady the last time I ordered fettuccine alfredo the fettuccine was dry, not enough alfredo sauce, guess she didn't care because again I got dry fettuccine which makes the dish bland. I will not order from this location again!
The pizza was soooo good and the customer service was A1. I will be back. Especially since I forgot to take photos.
Everything was super clean and the staff was amazing. I really enjoyed my visit.
