They close at 12, but if you order at 11 they cancel the order, this is the fourth time.
Pizza was cold when we picked it up. Made NY style instead of normal. Will avoid this location.
Placed a order today it was just left at the door did not ring bell or call food now cold NEVER will order from here again.

I ordered a pizza a pizza Wednesday night. Well needless to say it took 3 hours to deliver. I am 1.2 miles away. When I got it ice cold. I didn’t call that night due to being so upset. This manager needs to learn how to manage. He is a terrible manager to think service like this would be acceptable. This is the worse pizza place I. The area. Never again will I order from this store again ????????????????????????????

Delivered my pizza to the wrong house and still wanted me to pay for it and wait another 1 hour on top of the 1 1/2 hours I already waiting. Horrible customer service. Horrible!!
On google says closes at 11pm, however came in at 9.40pm 9th september and the big guy wearing a gray bennie and green shirt told me no we are closed and cant help. Oh well PAPA johns lost my business on this one. Please look into this matter, i suppose he is refusing services to more than me. I would not recommend this place when he is there.
