Went to pick up order because I got a notification saying it was ready. When I got there I waited 20 minutes because it was still being made. When I tried asking the cashier why I got a message saying it was ready when it wasn't she cut me off and gave me a reason that made no sense to me. Everyone in the place looks depressed or mad. When I got home the garlic knots were almost completely dry. Probably not going to give them anymore of my business. Rude and sad environment.
Gave us the wrong pizzas ordered meat loves waited an hour for the pizzas got cheese and Italian sausage instead
Ordered pizza at 6:15 for a 7:30 delivery time for my kids with the babysitter. Called at 7:45 to check on status as it hadn’t been delivered and was told it was on the way. Pizza finally arrived at 8:35. This will be the last time I order from them as it is common for them to not get pizzas delivered anywhere close to the scheduled delivery times.
So i placed my order LOL almost canceled it after seeing all those negative reviews. Anyways when I received my order everything looked and tasted great! I order a large pizza with wings it was delicious!!!
Had the audacity to say they are open but don’t want to cook any pizza very disappointed and disatisfied won’t be coming back anytime soon
This is one of the nastiest restaurants I've ever seen. None of the staff wears hair nets, or gloves when handling Ready-to-Eat FOOD. YES, they touch your hot pizza with their bare unwashed coronavirus contaminated hands. None of the employees wear mask, and the drivers return from their delivers and immediately hop on the oven handling food. The health inspection displayed on their wall expired in November 2019. Not to mention they mark customers orders ready 30 minutes before they put the pizzas in a box. Don't waste your money. The staff is rude and careless. They don't care if you cancel your order, they eat your pizza when you leave empty handed. I saw a roach crawl across their computer monitor. They keep our pizza boxes in direct contact with the floor. RIP to anyone who is willing to wait for this terrible excuse for service
All there staff are rude, I ordered pizza they said it will be available in 15min, I waited in my car for more than 20min, when I went inside to get my order they where telling me the did not make my pizza that They will cancel my order, so ridiculous, I have my baby in the car crying for the the pizza, they are so selfish.
I’ve ordered 1 large sausage and cheese pizza and 1 medium cheese pizza for my daughter but the cashier ring me up 2 large pizza!! i showed her the menu on my phone 1 large sausage and cheese pizza for $11.99 and the carry out medium pizza for $8.00! Total of $19.47 with my wrong order!! The cashier called the Manager and trying to blamed me that i made her confused!! Instead of apologizing for ringing up the wrong order!! He voided my first order and made me pay another order worth $21.97!! I said you have to give my refund first before i pay my right order for $21.97! He just said oh! You will get it within 5-7 days!! But until now i dont have the refund yet!! I called the bank if theres any pending transactions under my account, they said there’s NONE!! This location was very bad management and very poor service!! I won’t waste my money going back in this place!!????And im still waiting for my refund!!!!

This papa John’s has turned me off from all papa John’s locations. I ordered 2 large pizzas 4 weeks ago. Both pizzas were wrong and not what I ordered. I called and informed them. They said my next order will be free of charge. No problem I thought. Every one makes mistakes. I place an order tonight and the order was free like promised. They delivered the pizzas and this time the pizzas were correct. However, THERE’S A FLY BAKED INTO ONE OF THE PIZZAS (See the attached picture. Zoom in if you can’t see it). Yuck! I completely lost my appetite and couldn’t even eat any of the pizzas. I did not bothering calling to inform them this time because what’s the point? I just know that I will NEVER order from papa John’s again.
