I was once a hired worker at Over the Top Waffle Shoppe. I worked for six months as a cashier and regular employee. After much experience and work, I have a few points to make about the shop.Environment: The environment of the shop itself is very clean and pristine. I enjoy the colorful imagery. Each image promote the ice cream they were serving.Food: The ice cream is easily some of the best ice cream I have eaten in years. The service was the top priority of the employees.Employees: Although they are rough sometimes, I enjoyed working with them. They were friendly to the customers. However, only a few were friendly to me as an employee. Nonetheless, it was a pleasurable experience working with them.Overall, I would give this place four stars. It is worth visiting.

Absolutely delicious! It’s a little slow on the service side but that’s because so much goes into each cone. It’s definitely worth the wait! My kids enjoy coming.They have regular coupons and discounts through their payment software (I think it’s square) so be sure to sign up.
I visited this place 2 days in a row. The customer service on the second day was horrible. I noticed a difference when the employees greeted others upon walking in and leaving. The interaction among customers and how they interacted with my family and I was in unacceptable. I will take my business to another company. I suggest if you want to have a successful business, the staff should be trained in customer service. The lack of customer service takes away from the decadent desert you have to offer.
The ice cream was good, but they didn't have all the flavors out. They keep some in the back I guess? Something about not enough freezer space up front... but they also don't let you sample anything! Wasn't a fan of that part.
While the waffles and ice cream taste good, I’ve come to this place during non busy times 3 or 4 separate occasions. Each time I’ve ended up waiting by the sign for at least 10-15 minutes for my order. The most I’ve ever ordered is two juniors at once. Currently sitting in line as I type this
Waffles and Ice Cream...why not? After seeing the photos I was instantly intrigued. I had Granny's Banana Puddin. I believe you only get one scoop of ice cream in the regular. As far as flavor it was not memorable.
I’m going to start this review with I’m not a fan of ice cream, but my husband and kids are and they enjoy this place. I love the cute atmosphere and super friendly customer service. I like to support local and much rather give my money to a local shop than Marble Slab, plus this place has a drive through for those days you don’t want to get the kids out of the car but want to give them special treat. Service can be a little slow from time to time but with the way things currently are and most places being understaffed its something we have grown accustomed to and expect every where we go.

Good customer service. The ice cream flavors were bland and the waffle is a bit too soggy. Any other waffle ice cream places would be better.
