The place was dead for a Saturday evening, so we were seated quickly. The main dining area was decorated with beautiful paintings, yet the tables lacked tablecloths or centerpieces, making the place feel like a nicely decorated Dennys rather than an Italian restaurant. Having paper napkins at the table didn't help the vibe. The waitress (Ariana) was sweet and greeted us kindly. She brought our drinks and bread to the table quickly, given no other customers in the place. The food. The crabcake I ordered for an appetizer was overly salty, as was the sauce it was drowning in, so I sent it back. The salad was crisp enough, and their dressing was not overbearing. However, neither of us finished it. The table bread tasted as if it were microwaved to warm it up, although the staff claimed it had not been. I ordered the shrimp and veg for the main course, and my son had the Chicken Fed-Alfredo. Both of which were ok at best. The chicken was a bit chewy, and the vegetables were slightly overcooked.Overall, 3 stars is fair. This would not be a date night destination, nor do they try to be. But the staff makes up for the food.

We arrived at 6:30 pm Friday. Not busy at all. Too bad, service was excellent, food superb! The salads fresh. My lasagna was real tasty, creamy. I had ordered it with meat sauce.Don’t fill up on appetizers as the portions are huge!

I wasn't expecting much of this little restaurant in the middle of nowhere, but their food is delightful. The Alfredo sauce is light and creamy in a way that balances well. It's not too heavy nor is it too light, and goes down smooth with a delightful flavor. The lemoncello cake I had for desert was so tasty that it made me make faces that I shouldn't be making in public.

Understaffed. Ignoring the banquet area, it was slightly more than half full. Order taken relatively quickly, but it was an hour before the main course arrived. We occupied the time with salads (OK), fried cheese (good), and soup (outstanding). The soup would be worth coming back for, had anything else been above average. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Both the salmon and the redfish were overcooked, and the breading (on both sides) on the redfish was as thick as the fish itself and soggy from the "special sauce." Sadly, both were just warm, not even barely hot. This is not the old Nick's (Nick passed away), not even the new Nick's (that incarnation of ownership failed, I have read), but the new, new Nick's. They are struggling, and we wish them well, but we will not be returning until there is evidence of significant improvement in both preparation and service.

We had an amazing date night at Nick’s! After 20 years, we finally stopped in and tried it out, and were not disappointed!

The food is always fantastic, service is usually spot on. We love the chicken parm, ravioli a la vodka, linguini pescatore, and Nick’s shrimp. Tonight, the calamari appetizer was spot on perfectly cooked, and pescatore with the white sauce was delicious!

I came here yesterday. I ordered the Minestrone soup and it was the most flavorful I have ever had in my life. It wasn't runny and the vegetables were fresh. You could taste the quality and flavor in the soup. I also ordered the Spaghetti and Meatballs. The sauce was very flavorful as well, and looked like a deep red, almost burgundy color. The meatballs were also flavorful and not dry. I also ordered the cheesecake and chocolate cake. They both came in one slice. Both of then were really good and high quality. The waitress was really nice and helpful. If you love Italian food, please come here! The prices are excellent because you are getting what you paid for! Not to mention when you order an entrée, you can get a salad or soup along with it, which is why I mentioned the minestrone. The portions are very big and nice. 10/10 Will come again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The shrimp scampi and chicken Alfredo were outstanding. Service was friendly helpful and very good. We will definitely be back.

The spagetti leaves much to be desired. For the price it should have flavor. The house salad was very much like a bag salad with some dressing. It is not a comfortable place to eat, really needs improvement.

This was the second time visiting Nicks, and we were there to celebrate our anniversary. We were not disappointed. Great and friendly service, amazing food to die for and a pleasant atmosphere that allowed us to enjoy our dinner. The calamari had the perfect spices and crab cakes melted in your mouth. I enjoyed the baked eggplant, with the sauce and cheese made a delightful entree and dessert was the cheese cake. Perfect ending to a great night.
