Got verbally assaulted by one of the employees in the bathroom in front of my 4 year old, when we spoke to the manager Joe Trevino he seemed nonchalant then he got another manager on the phone Jessica Garcia who said the employee said Perdon and it means sorry in Spanish. My first language is Spanish and she did not say “perdon” both managers were adamant that the employee had left but they knew what she had said in the bathroom…how convenient
Horrible customer service. I was ordering and the drive thru lady was asking me if i finish my order in each meal i wanted i told her: Can you please let me finish? She yelled at me. In addition, they served the fried half size and they were cold and they didn’t put what i ordered and everything is messy…. I’ll NEVER go again to this place Not even A star
This mcdonalds is the worse i work late shift so i go at night it says they close at 10 pm but for the most part they are always closing early or just not wanting to serve at night after 9 pm
It's ok sometimes but I always wish they would just stop the employees from having their cell phones on them while working....they always mess up my order
Inside Walmart very slow service at 11am and store was not busy

This McDonald's location need to work on there customer service!! I ordered 2 burrito sausage with a drink. And the lady didn't give me my cup. So I asked her for it and she said it's right here but it was on the other side of the counter behind the glass. Then she push it to my side of the counter real sternly. They need help here with customer service skills big time!!!
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. I gave them several chances and STILL do TERRIBLE work. Maybe I'm unlucky. Today was in line for 15-20 min until they realized I was there. They were to busy on phone or playing with co-workers.
