I understand people have bad days, but I didnt need the attitude for trying to get my order right. If you go at night check your bags before you leave i had the wrong sandwich my drinks had no ice and they didn't even have toys in my kids happy meals. Now i will say this I've gone plenty of other times and it always been good if a small hiccup i wouldn't even care. But this time IT SUCKED!!! Night shift can do better.
We went through the drive through and said our order to a lady, yet she put egg on all of our orders. We told her to take it off 6 times but she ignored us and told us to pull through! At the next window we tried fixing our order and probably told them NO EGG 10 times again. They continued to shout at each other in Spanish so we asked for our money back. They refused and gave us a voucher for the next time instead! What makes you think we want to come back ever again?
Unfortunately you would think this McDonald’s has it together but they don’t This McDonald’s is horrific once it’s after 8pm or 10pm it’s an absolute nightmare. The line does not move whatsoever maybe every 5 minutes you just see people drive off from the line. When you get to the menu voice box to order after waiting 20 minutes your told that they are only accepting online Uber eats or Postmates orders and can’t take our order because the registers and POS system are shut down after 12pm. The ice cream machine never works. I can go on but not even worth it. They need a new night crew! Some young ambitious people with energy at night because when we come around sun down it’s a bunch of older people who don’t want to work.
Cleanliness has been a consistent issue when ever I come during lunch or dinner hours, seems like management and staff are more concerned with orders then cleaning off tables and keeping the floors clear of messes. This actually used to be a decent McDonald's at one point in time, it's just being mismanaged I'm going to obviously assume.
They had the biggest mob of hungry customers that I have ever seen. Despite this they were very patient with my super sized order and not a thing was out of place. I've had restaurants with less than 1% of the crowd I saw and could muster up even less hospitality. Thank you workers for the patience and forbearance under so much pressure!
Amazing experience most of the time. Line moves a bit slow but the food is worth it. Some employee are a bit rude but the managers help keep them in line. Napkins and ketchup are in my bag, and if not I ask and receive plenty. Overall a pretty good place with few flaws like every other.
Had to wait forever for my Home style burger meal at drive up window and was cold by the time I got home. French fries were not even fresh.
This has to be the worst location in Richmond. It never fails...missing food, bad customer service (except for Maria, she's an angel!!) and ridiculous wait times. I'm making the extra ten minute drive to the Aliana location because this location has ticked me off for the last time and I will be contacting corporate!
First, I'm the general manager of a Houston restaurant chain. Because I was working late today. So I got a takeout burger. But it's too late so I'm not sure they open or not. So I said hello three times. Suddenly a very loud voice cursed me. Say I said hello three times. I thought this woman was gonna eat me. It made me feel like my life was in danger. I really wanted to call 911. But I didn't. I just drove away from the place. I mean, there's a lot of McDonald's. Everybody stay out of this house. If I'm the manager of McDonald's. I would fire this employee right now. But I'm sure McDonald's won't. So I'm definitely not going back to this McDonald's.
