I like to grab an ice cream cone now and then and i tried to order one on Saturday and the cone had about an inch and half ice cream showing above the cone. I asked why they didn't provide the usual 4 inches and the service provider said they were saving money on ice cream. I got my money back and went to the Aliana McDonalds and received the normal ice cream cone expected. Needless to say I will not be going back to this McDonalds.PS: the employees at this store are horrible. Not ever a thank you for my business.
Horrible customer service. I was ordering and the drive thru lady was asking me if i finish my order in each meal i wanted i told her: Can you please let me finish? She yelled at me. In addition, they served the fried half size and they were cold and they didn’t put what i ordered and everything is messy…. I’ll NEVER go again to this place. Not even A star

Friendly customer service and relatively quick drive-thru. Drive-thru could use improvement by adding a second line that funnels into one instead of having the two intercoms back to back.
Now it’s a bunch of teenagers kids working there, I just say tho my food is always hot. Now my burger get messed up from time to time. But that nothing that can be fix. I’m giving them a 4 because food is always hot and they line stay moving.
Double Charged on Orders. Employee on till pockets 2nd payments. Do not go to this location, go somewhere else. Paid via app, payment cleared my bank, as told payment didn't go through and had to pay in cash and the employee put my cash payment in his pocket. Receipt shows I paid $20 cash and got $20 back in change. Food was good but nah bro, I'll go someplace that doesn't have thieves.

It's so easy to have your hours updated on Google Maps. Go into your Google My Business account and update it. It says you're open 24 hours. But I are not, and I drove over here for some spicy nugs, but wasted my time.
