The manager is incompetent! I used to come only in the morning because the night staff is also incompetent, but now I have to stop coming in the morning! This location needs a brand new staff with actual training! They need to learn that when a refund is due it should not happen a whole week after the situation! And I wouldn’t have even gotten the refund if I didn’t mention it again!! Also, the customer service is a joke in store and online!

It's such a disappointment that a Mcdonald's located so conveniently for GreatWood Residents is probably the most garbage location I've ever been to, and I've been here more than 10 times now. Just a bunch of kids working back there who waste your time in the drive-thru and always get the order wrong somehow, no matter how simple it is. Don't even have an ounce of hope for the ice cream machine to be working. On top of that, the food is mostly cold and when I get it, you'll be lucky if it's slightly warm.Just read the other reviews, I don't know in what era was this McDonalds nice enough to receive more than a one star rating, but I'm guessing it had to have been before the pandemic. There also many times we went there in the evening, when they say they are opened and when you get to the drive thru, they are unresponsive or someone will come and tell you that they are closed for the day (which I know their not because no McDonald's in this location closes at 8). I don't know who the upper management is of this franchise but they should be fired and the poor service of this location should either have the owner's location shut down or something. Unfortunately, this is a trend you will see across many Mcdonald's around the US, this one just happens to surpass them all in being a disappointment.

Worst McDonald’s in Houston in the surrounding area. I have lived north, east, south, and west of Houston, and this is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever in my life been to. The little guy with the dread locks that works the drive-in needs to be fired ASAP!!!! he always has an attitude, and gets my order wrong!!! Shake machine never works, I will not go back. Patronize at your own risk, you’ve been warned.

This has to be one of the worse Mickey D's in the state and we are lucky enough to have it conveniently located next to GW. After years of pathetic service, I am writing a review of this dumpster fire of a restaurant.Horrible customer service as usual. I am not even sure they have a manager on shift because it seems as if the "kids" are running the show. When I say "kids" I am referring to younger people with little personal skills. I am 100% sure they have franchise training to get them up to speed.If you decide to stop here be prepared for outrageous wait times. I have no idea why it takes this specific operation more than triple the normal times of other like franchises.Makes me wonder who owns this set up and if they are oblivious to how this place is losing money? I am not 100% sure this is a legit franchise. At least my wife and I have discussed this many times before.

Meat doesn’t seemed cooked all the way and I always ask for well done no cheese and always get maybe done with cheese and a lot of onions. On all visits. Nice nice staff very disappointed in food and coffee quality.

The people that take the orders have a hard time getting the orders correct. Then when they finally get the order entered correctly, the people that make your order and serve you at the window really mess it up. Then, they will talk a long line of smack before they will correct it. All the customer wants is a correct order.The food is"Micky D's" so it taste like it taste.JUST SERVE ME A CORRECT ORDER AND I'LL BE HAPPY.

They wouldn't give me hot mustard for my fries! I've never gone to a McDonald's and not gotten hot mustard. But they wanted to charge me for it! What!?!?

Just please explain to me why there is no one at 10:20 when they close at 11

If I could give less than one star to this location, I would give it -10 stars for staff that seem to care less and a ding room which is never open. One or two staff members like to argue when they don't get an order correct as if the receipt isn't proof enough and they can't be bothered to put the correct items in the correct bag. Most of this this staff really needs to go back to remedial hamburger school. This includes management staff.

Always great service and great food! They are friendly and fast! Love them.
