Went here because kids had the pizza at school a couple of weeks ago and it was pretty good. Signs outside said $4.99 large cheese for customer appreciation. They would not honor this and said it ended at 7 (even though signs were up at 7:15 with no mention of ending time). Super loud tvs and music inside. We were the only ones there for dine in, but they said they could not change channels on tvs or reduce volume. The tvs wee not capable of that according to the manager on duty. Ordered a small salad, a large cheese, large pepperoni, and 5 bottled cokes and it was $56! Had to ask where salad was after about 25 minutes and they had put it in the fridge instead of giving it to us “so it wouldn’t spoil “ as they said. Then about 10 minutes later( so 36 minutes after we ordered) I went back up to ask where the pizzas were and they were in boxes behind the counter…overcooked and getting cold. They just handed me the boxes…for dine in. I asked if they had anything to eat them on and was told “I don’t know what they are doing in the back..I just work the front”. I had to ask again, and finally got some paper plates. Not going back again.
One of our favorite local pizza restaurants In Richmond. They have gluten free options and more. We have done delivery and pickups for pizza and every time they were spot on. Dine in option too.Knowing how hard it is to find gluten free safe places we were happy to have found Marcos. The pizza is really good, delivery is fast, counter service spot on and more.Definitely put them at the top of our local go to list for gluten free eats.Small but quaint dining area. Handicap accessible parking and building. While there are no changing tables in the mens room- parking is close enough for emergency changing .They seem keen about gluten issues and are always on point with seemingly complex pizza orders- seemingly endless topping and combo options.Our local go to spot.
4/8 DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE. Specials are great but the customer service needs assistance! I ordered a pizza for pick up when I got it the pizza was wrong.They had to remake it. It was over 10 minutes, finally I asked how much longer it was going to take?The manager Jorge said “it’s Friday, you know, we are busy(showing hand motions) like dismissing the problem. After almost an hour I left with a refund and no pizza. They didn’t offer anything to the customer for THEIR mistake! Never again! Customer service from the manager was the worst I have ever experienced. Please check on his attitude. Jorge should not be a manager.4/14. I got a reply back email from Jorge and it was scripted!!!Here is my reply to him!!!I was really upset about the time i waited, but what really made it worst was the way YOU treated me. Your employees were respectful and MORE courteous then you. You not once apologized on your treatment to a customer. So this was a waste of your time and scripted. I hope that one day you treat customers with respect and gratitude.
Called order in well in advance and Jorge had it ready as agreed on time, hot and delicious .

Why have a drive-thru window when the employees actively ignore it!!! Three employees glanced at the window and then kept on walking. Unbelievable. At the very least, walk on over and greet the customer. Had to pull into the parking lot and enter the restaurant to be helped. Again, unbelievable.

The thin crust pizza I ordered was pretty nice unfortunately the delivery driver dropped it at my front door and ran off instead of ringing the doorbell or at least waiting till I got to the door to acknowledge it? I find this very unprofessional of Marco's delivery driver because I did not get a doorbell ring inside the house!
This place is terrible. Several times I ordered an XL pizza only to receive a Large instead. My next order, I politely asked these idiots to make sure my order was an XL and what did I get? A Large cut into 12 pieces so y'all can imagine how small the slices were. I'm done with this place.. It's trash. Delivery driver had a stank attitude as well when I asked if my order was an XL. I should get what I paid for. $40 on pizza is not cheap.. the least y'all could do is get people's orders correct or not cheat people.
