Becareful with them! They will over price you on your order. We spend $70.882 large pizza with a order of wings .. No where in hell I have spend this much at Marco's pizza. Poor customer service by Layla..
Marcos has lost a long time customer, this isn’t the first time this happens but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I was disappointed today . My pizza had no tomato sauce on both of our large pizza all it had was cheese and pepperoni, when I called the store they wanted me to take the pizza back after I asked for a refund.
Since I moved to Richmond area I have been getting my pizza from Marco pizza and all times I and my family have enjoyed eating thier pizza together with Buffalo bone in wings.pizza is well made not too much sauce or salty just have enjoyed it like I did at pizza hut for many years.Really recommended getting your pizza from Marco never dissapoints??
They just lost a long time customer for good! I order a pizza ahead of time, and when I arrived to pick it up, I saw the guy that cooks the pizza entering the restroom, then, suddenly, the guy at the register started making a pizza in a rush without washing his hands or wearing gloves. The guy that got into the restroom came right out and went straight to start making my pizza because it was not ready, and that guy (at this point who knows if he washed his hands) was not wearing a mask and gloves either. We are in the middle of a pandemic and I can't believe the lack of consideration of this people and the franchise.
Love this location. Never any issues. Kudos to both of the working managers. Always pleasant and customer focused.

My kids eat this pizza every week. Though, a bit pricey and sometimes the customer service is not that great, especially when dealing with those young high schoolers. The adult gentleman that's always there is helpful, balances out the lack of customer service for the younger workers.

My order came out to be 55 dollars. Mind you a medium cheese pizza that was suppose to be cut into 8 slices and it wasn't; I had to cut it myself and half the cheese was over cooked like almost burnt. Also the Buffalo wings I ordered came out were dry. Clearly they came out of the oven and into the box. They weren't tossed in any sauce or seasoning. Honestly not worth the money I spent papa John's would have done me better justice.
