they r very rude not give proper information. their timings on website is 10:30 but they close even lobby at 9:30 pm. I went for pickup at 9:45 pm but they close n sent us to drive thru. on phone girl insisted me to give order with card info when I went she said lol by is close. n I'll wait for drive thru.
Good, nice family sized meals. Never gotten cold food from here. Seasoned well.
It Says on website 3.99 individual boxed when I called he denied told me he will hand me over all the chicken pieces in bag when I was trying to order around 50 boxes I dont do business with liars neither you should , it's a franchise not a private business where you make your own policies thanks for pointing out that you don't follow franchise policies what a shame
I don’t like to throw away food but today’s experience was worst.I ordered bean and rice and 5 tenders.Tenders were dry AF without sauce and NO SALT.Beans and rice? Beans from can were thrown on boiled rice without any salt.That’s not how every branch serves, maybe the management is not doing their job good or they are out of salt and other ingredients.
When your establishment opened in Rosenberg we really enjoyed the food and the service. My son and I went this evening and I was very disappointed. The person taking our order was very rude and seemed to try to rush us along In placing our order. When we got to the window my son saw the person prepping our food throw the condiments in the bag causing one to open and get the condiment on our boxes and inside the bag. On one of my orders I asked for a modification and when I got the order it wasn’t what I asked. When I got their attention and said this wasn’t my order they took my order to fix it and when giving it back said here very rudely. I will not be back.
Ordered chicken with my mom at your Rosenberg location and let me say i am appalled by the customer service in the drive thru. First our order taker was rude and just trying to speed us along to get rid of us taking our order. Then when our orders ready and is being bagged the order taker throws our sauce in small cups in the bag and it explodes. He takes our boxes out switches the bag and rebags our food. Then to top it all off they get our modification on our order wrong and when then asked why we wanted to modify our order. 0/10 service we will not be returning.
Customer service was horrible the older Indianman at the window was so rude to me for no reason. I waited like 15 minutes in the drive through just so the man could take my order and when I finally do get my order in he still didn’t get it correct and gave me the wrong thing after I repeated my order. when pulling up to the window he told me it didn’t matter and said yeah yeah and brushed me off. I got out my car to go in to get the correct thing and he gave me the incorrect receipt. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!
Best fried chicken I have ever had. Try there whole fried fish with bones too. It's awesome.
Quality customer service is definitely not at this location. I called an order in for a 20 PC with no breast and ordered an extra 3 pic wing. The manager stated that he would give more legs and thighs which was fine. Picked the order up and was excited because it was hot and fresh however the order was wrong; instead of no breast for the 20pc it was not wings and 5 breast. When calling the restaurant to notify them of their mistake on my order the manager had to audacity to tell me that I ordered it like that. Why would I order extra wings if I didn't want wings!?!?! NO WORRIES,I WILL NOT SPEND MY MONIES WITH YOUR ESTABLISHMENT.
This is my first time ordering from here when I say this food is good it is the best food I have ate
