Horrible experience at this location. My brother and I ordered a large cheese pizza and a large Chicago meat lover pizza that was order online ahead of time. The window given was 2:48pm-2:53pm and we arrived 2:55pm to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to cook the food. I would understand if they were busy, but they only had one customer waiting that was in the same situation we were in. Once we received the pizza it was wrong. We received a large cheese pizza and a small lunch special pizza and then my brother told them the order was wrong. They then made another small lunch special to try to compensate for the other side of the large Chicago size pizza and this took additional 25 minutes. Now we been at the location for 45 minutes with 2 pizza that are COLD because they didn't do the order correctly. I'll never go back to this location. This place needs to teach employees about service. Listen learn and I'll go to the competition in the area.
Don’t order delivery online. For some reason this location has it as an option even though it’s not something they do. When I was waiting for my delivery I got a text 10 minutes before it was supposed to arrive saying “your order has been modified or canceled, please contact the store for more info”, I tried calling the store a few times and then decided to go up there since nobody was picking up. When I got there my order was ready and I asked about getting a refund for the delivery fee and drivers tip. They told me I needed to contact DoorDash since for whatever reason the delivery charge and tip go through them (I did not use DoorDash to place this order by the way and that’s what I told the employees at the store). I finally got in touch with DoorDash which was a hassle, and they told me that it has nothing to do with them and that I needed to contact the little Caesar’s office. After trying several times, waiting over 24 hours and leaving several messages to get put on a “call back” list, I still have not spoken to anyone, had anyone call back, or received any type of refund. I’m feeling pretty scammed.
They are horrible. The pizza was hard like a rock with very little sauce, and the Crazy Bread was shriveled, soggy, and tasteless. I tried calling and no one would answer the phone for 3 days. Sometime I got a message say that the location was temporarily closed. Finally, some kid answered the phone, and he told me that I waited too long to complain. I didn't wait too long; you people wouldn't even answer the phone!! The kid wouldn't even let me speak to the manager. He told me that the manager doesn't speak E n g l i s h. This place needs to be shut down!
Multiple times have called in the past with no answer. This time I started to call leaving my house. It was a 15 minute drive. Walked in to the store with one customer sitting inside while still on hold and no one was answering the phone. Walked right out. Don't have time for this place. Find another store to go to.
We ordered at 5:45pm for a delivery ...and it showed that it will be delivered at 6:20 pm... but till 8:00 pm no one showed up ... no one picked up the call at the store as well... when I went to the store guy at counter asked me if I need a refund ?.Guys if you cannot take the order it's simple just pick the call and tell you are over booked or just don't take orders, simple we can look for some other arrangements ...
Today I was accused of stealing pizzas at this location. Today was pizza day at school. Orders of 7-35 pizzas were being served at 10:30 am. I helped a teacher take pizzas out to her car. I returned waiting on my order of 7. An order of 35 is leaving at this time from my kids school. I wait an addition 10 minutes when they finally found my order. Ran into other volunteer at school and she didn't get all of her pizzas. See her a bit later and she tells me that she was about to call the cops because this store manager told her that I stole her pizzas! Needless to say I was a bit upset and went to this location to verbalize my feelings. Totally false accusation that could have escalated.manager was overwhelmed this morning but that accusation was uncalled for and could have cost Little Ceasars a ton of money if the law was involved. Very disappointed.
Came to pick up online order. Took them like 10 minutes to notice me waiting. No one is in the front. Needs to be better prepared to help customers. I wouldve done the pizza hub option but it wouldnt let me and only let me do it as a pickup. It wouldve been faster if i just grabbed it myself.

This google maps shows the posted hours of this location is open til 10pm, show up at 8:30 and doors are locked. Waste of my time and gas driving up there.
Pizza was very good. The bread sticks were great!
