The reason I'm posting this review with 1 star is because my husband was being racial profile by one of the persons who works there. After a long day of trying to get a rental car we went by this restaurant because we were there before, we liked the food but today my husband entered first and went straight to the restroom and my son and I were right after him, I entered and I saw the other guy telling another worker "check the door" in Spanish well my husband is black Hispanic and his main language is Spanish. When my husband asking why he was being treated that way, the guy was startled that my husband new what he said. Not an apology from his side. Very bad! That is not the ambiance anyone wants when dining at a restaurant.
We worked a bit late tonight and I forgot to take meat out for dinner and thankfully we drive by and discovered this amazing restaurant! They were so kind and service is beyond truly wonderful people with delicious food to top it all off! I highly recommend the caldo de camaron, I grew up on caldo de pollo & caldo de res and many restaurants have it in menu but this was my first time having caldo de camaron and it did not disappoint. As a matter fact it’s one of the best caldo soups I’ve ever had complete with broccoli & cauliflower. The tres leches is fantastic too. Definitely our new fave, a must try restaurant and there’s something for the whole family.
So the food was actually really good and the service was great and at first I was thinking I'll definitely be back. And then I got the bill and nope I'm good. For just me, 1 person it came out to almost $30. My biggest thing is a small queso was $10, that's the most I've ever paid for a small queso ever. The beef fajita enchiladas were $16, that's on the high side of enchiladas.I only came to this place because it was recommend to me and I was in the area.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Fantastic food served blindingly fast. The beef fajita enchiladas are the best. Need fajita tacos are great. Nothing in the menus has ever been bad. Great Staff who will remember you. Good Margaritas too!
Brandon was really attentive with us old timers..haha...Best food I've tasted in a long time
Be careful what you order! The prices listed on the pictures of the menu are not what you will be charged. Menu says combo fajitas for 2 is about 26. Charged 36. Ordered enchiladas that the menu said comes with 3 and only 2 were delivered. This was the second time this happened because I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but there will not be another chance. With practices like this hopefully they will be out of business soon and replaced with something better.
Excellent service, excellent good. I'm good we have a good Mexican place just a stone's throw away from our house.
Great food and a conversation when you at the bar. Just find Oscar
I hadn’t been here in a few months, I use to love it now the quality & portion has really changed. I ordered a burrito months ago and it was swimming in tasty queso, this time I ordered a beef fajita burrito they replaced the queso with shredded cheese and just the overall taste was not good. The burrito was $16.99, the quantity/quality of the food they served doesn’t reflect the cost, very small rice & bean portion compared to other places. We won’t be going there again.
Not pleasant. After we sat down, took them a long time to even bring chips. We didn't feel welcome. We left because a white couple came way after us and as soon as they sat down took no time at all for them to have their drinks. This establishment as well as any other should take care of customers equal. We all come to have service ,not to be discriminate against.
