Jersey Mike's. I met the owner of a new franchise in Plano off 75 in 2008, and he told me that the location wouldn't be a problem for him. "Jersey Mike's is a destination."What cheesy nonsense right?Wrong! They make the best sandwiches and they clearly have a good culture because their employees are, somehow, universally friendly. And thankfully this location is no exception to the rule of good food from good dudes.I've never regretted spending a dime on this brand.

As always Jersey Mikes is a hit. Fast service, friendly crew, just all around awesome. Ample parking, handicap accessible parking and building. Next to Torchys and Ideal Dental.Food is always fresh, the crew pays attention and for my gluten free needs that really take care to avoid any cross contamination concerns.The restaurant was clean, well lit and overall nice. Ample seating, clean restrooms, self serve drinks.Do sign up for the Shore Points program, it’s free and in no time you will have enough points for a free sub.
I usually go to Katy fwy & i10 location and they make great heavy sandwiches everytime, but this was my first visit ordering the same giant Italian sub at the Richmond location and it was a let down. I tried to call to give some constructive criticism but no one answered the phone. Anyway , my complaint was that the sub weighed at least a 3rd less than how the Katy location makes them. Everything item felt skimpy, and a few veggies were missing. I always order Mike's way and even the oil and vinegar was very light. There was no mess after eating this sub. I hate to say it but, it was no better than Subway. I hope maybe it was just a new employee who was still learning on my dime, I'll go once more to the Richmond location and I hope that this visit was just a one off.
These guys are awesome. I was there first time and guess what! They did not charge for my sub and guided with order. They are awesome. Highly recommend and loved the customer service.
Do not order Delivery! Ordered 4 sandwiches and received 3. Called the store and was told that I had to call Doordash for a refund and they couldn't help me. I ordered through the Jersey Mike app, not DD. Called Doordash and we as told that only the store could issue a refund because the order re was processed through their app. I had already sent someone to pick up the missing sandwich because my options from the store were get nothing or come pick it up. I used delivery because I wasn't able to come pick up the order. The worsted part of this is I am the only on the paid a price. The store lost nothing. Doordash lost nothing. The delivery driver lost nothing. My family was the only on inconvenienced in the entire ordeal. Be better.
I hate coming to this place. They are always in the middle of a big order so they take at least 15 minutes to TAKE your order, and the employees are not welcoming at all. Avoid this location.

I walked in at 8:45, I can tell they was getting ready to close! I ask old boy did y’all already clean the stove. He said no they just ran out of bread. I ask him to be honest because I understand fast food long day at work everyone is trying to go home. It’s the principle’s that he lied for no reason. Let’s do better!
